I placed my order on a sunday afternoon and it was confirmed but silly me…i typed my own phone number wrong! So when they tried to reach me they couldnt….but i went to the website which has a chat option and i talked to someone there, i dont know the name, and was told that after correcting my mistake, the delivery person would call me the next day and he did! I assembled the chair right away and my son loves it! I had an overall good experience and most importantly im glad i supported a canadian company whos putting together a good quality product

Very helpful, communicative, pleasant to deal with. Received my chair swiftly and with no hiccups. Assembly was about as expected. Packaging was done well.

Delivered timely, product quality is superb for its price.

Chair is looking really good and comfortable. Received it quite rapidly. The only thing is that it was missing a piece to cover the screw holes on the plastic that covers the mechanisms for accommodating the chair's back.

Harassment.
Absolutely appalled. I was looking at potentially buying a chair and for SOME REASON, I keep getting phone calls from 1-289-237-6398, emails AND private text messages when I had never consented to this. This is completely unethical business practice. Do not pursue this company unless you want to be harassed over the phone and pressured into making a purchase without consent. All day long. I wonder what consumer protection/CRTC would say about this.

The company is Scammer. Please don't use the company. They killed my money

Chair is brilliant. Worth the money and great service

The office chair was delivered within a week. While putting together noticed that one of the long screws were missing. Had to place an order with the local hardware store.
The chair does not incline, very straight. Has good massage and heating sections. After 2 weeks of use, the seat feels bumpy as some of the heat/massage parts are protruding out. Should have settled for a regular chair.

Awesome chair, and fast delivery. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. Definitely recommend! Super happy with this purchase.

You sold me a used chair for the price of a new one ...
Both lumbar and headrest were cover in dust !
The USB cable to plug the lumbar vibration was cut in two !
