WOW!

I don't know where to begin with how much the sunflower helped my daughter's first experience traveling abroad. We did 3 countries in 10 days over spring break. I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the lanyard for her just based on seeing some influencers on social media talking about it and how it helped them. My daughter is 14 and has Autism, ADHD and POTS. Leaving from our first airport, she had a TSA agent offering to help her get her stuff back together. We had a flight attendant on our redeye checking on her every 30 to 45 minutes. We were constantly escorted to a shorter line at borders and customs. The sunflower was even recognized at the Colosseum and she was led into a shorter line. For my daughter's first trip abroad that could really set the tone for her doing it again. I can't say enough good things about what this company has done for people with disabilities and making travel accessible and better in general. Whenever we got to a new city, she was able to just go do something because she wasn't so overwhelmed from having to get there. When I ordered the lanyard, I noticed that it was coming from a different country. I emailed them to ask for the tracking information so I could watch for it. I want to say I was emailed the next day and they marked it urgent and I got it 3 days before we left. I now follow the sunflower on instagram for the US and it is wonderful seeing all the work they are continuing to do!! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely worst company EVER!!!

Absolutely worst company EVER!!!! My daughter ordered a lanyard on 01 April. When it hadn't arrived 2 weeks later, we messaged the email provided online. We sent messages via instagram & Facebook, and over 3 weeks later, after sending numerous messages, absolutely NOTHING!!! They have no contact number. My daughter is autistic and spent her own money on the lanyard and she's so upset with the whole situation. PLEASE do not order from this company, u really are taking a risk!!!!!

First class customer service

Contacted the team via Facebook with a query on an item I wanted to purchase. Was provide first class customer service!! The scheme as a whole is great and I’m so pleased that more and more people now recognised the sunflower lanyards!

I ordered from Hidden Disabilities and…

I ordered from Hidden Disabilities and my order was delayed due to the Canada Post strike. My sister had ordered as well but before my order and she had no troubles with receiving her order. We have HD sunflowers in our family and grateful for the selection they have. And our family is pleased that Hidden Disabilities has these wonderful items. Thank you Hidden Disabilities.

Customer service is amazing

Customer service is amazing. I made an error with my order & they dealt with it immediately & helped me reorder. The lanyard is perfect for my mum who is losing her vision.

Very happy to wear this during…

Very happy to wear this during rehersals and travelling to and from performances. There was a delay in delivery information, but once I explained this to the team, they were very helpful and found the tracking link, so it was all sorted.

Took one full month for the delivery to…

Took one full month for the delivery to arrive. I triggered a PayPal refund and then reverted it when the package finally arrived....

Be warned, they have serious issues with their supply chain but I wouldn't call it a scam as others have been saying.

Ordered the lanyard

Ordered the lanyard, following the diagnosis the previous morning as we are going on holiday soon. Asked how long the dispatch would normally be and was told it was being dispatched this morning, fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience.
when the German mail lost my package I reached out to customer support, and had one of the nicest, quickest, and most helpful interaction. my order was re-sent within no-time and soon arrived. I rarely had such a 'humanly' interaction with customer support, it felt like they really cared about my individual situation and wishes. I was helped by Rebecca, specifically.
the quality of the products is really good.
10/10, wonderful organization and people.

More than 'standard' customer service from Rebecca...

Rebecca has been fast and efficient when communicating; yet she was still extremely friendly, helpful and understanding.
She is a great representative for the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme, and I will definitely recommend the scheme because of this experience.
The products will be truly beneficial to everyday life; thank you again so much!
