Proper support that is rarer than it should be!
I needed to replace my old headset quickly after it started failing. I reached out for advice and Dan was exactly what you want on sales: responsive, knowledgeable, and to the point. No upselling, just clear guidance.
Delivery was promised “next business day” — it actually arrived the very next day.
After setup, I ran into a series of issues that turned out to have nothing to do with the new Yealink WH68 itself. George from tech support still stepped in and helped properly troubleshoot everything. No deflection, no “not our problem” — just solid support.
End result: stable calls, clean audio, and a setup that works as it should.
Good product, fast delivery, and support that doesn’t disappear after the sale.

Wireless headset for desktop internet phone
Wanted to find a wireless headset suitable for an internet desktop found and found this company online. After chatting via their website, and checking out the products, gave them a call, very helpful and sourced an appropriate headset which was also on offer! Received the very next day and am so pleased, no more wires getting in the way of the keyboard and mouse!
