Very helpful
Sarah was very helpful to me when I had filled out the questionnaire form, for a prescriptions in error, leaving out some of my required medication.
I only realised it, when at the pharmacy. I emailed Sarah and my problem was sorted very quickly by Sarah and the Doctor.

Fast consultation, unlike my regular gp service
Excellent consultation service. Could not get an appointment with my gp for two weeks! Got an appointment with Healthhero in less that two hours! Prescription with pharmacy almost immediately. Highly recommend. I’ve used this company in more than one occasion.

Absolute shitshow
Absolute shitshow. Booked a consultation and firstly doctor was 10min late for a video consultation.
Was quite a rushed consult and doc was not very throrough. Promised prescription was delivered but Pharmacy has no record and i am in serious pain still here.

While the GP was 6 minutes late, which we understand can be frustrating, delays do occasionally occur when urgent cases require additional care. Regarding the prescription, it was sent promptly after the consultation, but there appears to have been a miscommunication about the preferred pharmacy location. We sincerely apologise for this and are making improvements to help prevent similar issues in future.

No exames, delay with my prescription and no follow-ups
No exames were asked and I was prescribed a medicine. I have to call to have my prescription sent even been told that the prescription was been sent too the pharmacy during my appointment. I Was told that I could go to Boots where I was supposed to receive free consultations (via the Healtheros partnership), the pharmacist would measure my height, weight, and blood pressure. However, this only occurred once—after persistent requests and long waiting times, as the pharmacy appears to deem such follow-ups unimportant. I have been denied this service on multiple occasions.

We have a streamlined prescription process such that prescription are issued immediately to a pharmacy location of your choosing.
We have partnerships with many pharmacies nationwide who perform BMI checks prior to dispensing medications, this is to ensure patient safety.
Depending on the pharmacy location, wait-times for the BMI check vary. if there is a long wait time in one location, a prescription can be reissued at no additional cost to an alternative pharmacy branch. please call our dedicated admin team who can help
