Very helpful staff
Had some technical difficulties when trying to connect through video call but the management were very helpful when they noticed that my call had been missed. They helped with a last minute booking and were very informative.

Quick and helpful
I was very quickly able to get an appointment at a time that worked for me. I had a thorough conversation with the GP to discuss my options and reasoning which I found very helpful. I didn't feel like I had to rush through the conversation due to a time limit which was a big bonus.

Dr. Khan spotted my emergency condition during a video call last week, when I was not even thinking about it as it presented in a very unusual way and with mild symptoms, and he insisted with me that I go to the Emergency Repart. He wrote a clear referreal asking for a scan, and I was able to leverage it with the doctors who wanted to send me home with a painkiller. I received proper attention and surgery thanks to Dr. Khan's professionalism, competence and capacity for listening and believing to what I was telling him.
The person I spoke at the phone helped me through the registration and booking process without fussing about details I did not have at hand and was efficient and kind.
This service was my best gift to myself and my family in the last few years.

They are great
They are great. I forgot to request malaria tablets in my travel vaccine GP consultation and instead of making me do a separate application at an extra cost they added it on afterwards with no fuss. The customer service email is very attentive.
