One of the worst diagnostic service…

One of the worst diagnostic service experiences I have ever had. It has been more than 48 hours since my sample was collected, and my report has still not been shared. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no clear communication, no accountability, and no commitment on when the report will be delivered.

When people opt for a diagnostic centre, they do so because timely reports are critical for medical decisions. Delays of this nature are completely unacceptable and show a lack of professionalism and concern for patients.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this diagnostic centre and consider alternative providers that value customer service and timely reporting.

Healthians is a scam/fraud

Healthians is a scam/fraud. I could have lost my life because of taking medications which were prescribed after the reports that were false and fake. Healthians provided me with fake reports.

I booked tests (Order ID 18420868344)…

I booked tests (Order ID 18420868344) for FBS, Lipid Profile, and TSH on 25 May 2026. The phlebotomist collected my sample at ~3:15 PM despite me clearly informing both the booking executive and the phlebotomist that I was not fasting. The lab still processed and released the results.

I reported this on 30 May; the support rep Arti initially denied the mistake. After I told her I had recordings of the booking call and the phlebotomist conversation (where I clearly said I wasn’t fasting and explained what I had eaten), she acknowledged the error and promised a retest — which I clearly declined, and there have been no follow-ups since.

I don’t want a retest; I no longer trust their reports. I also don’t think this team cares about patients’ health or money. Ignoring fasting instructions and failing to follow up is unacceptable.

Pros: N/A
Cons: Ignored fasting instructions, processed invalid tests, poor communication, lack of accountability.

Never book a test with healthians

Never book a test with healthians. Fraud company. They mention a discounted price at the beginning to lure you into buying the tests and then once sample is collected the app shows full price. They don’t even respond to your queries later so if you want the results you will need to pay the full price. Very unprofessional behaviour and really pathetic customer service. Do not ever book through them.

Very disappointed with Healthians.

Very disappointed with Healthians.
Been a loyal customer since 2022 & referred my family members over the years.
Today I was told that my Rs.1,600 wallet balance cannot be used because I booked through customer care instead of the app. Then what is the purpose of showing a wallet balance to customers?
To make matters worse, the customer care executive abruptly disconnected my call when I questioned the policy.
Loyal customers deserve transparency, courtesy, and respect — not confusing policies.

Dangerous lack of coordination for time-sensitive health needs

I have never encountered a more disorganized and medically irresponsible service. I booked a door-to-door blood test, which required a 12-hour fast and delaying my critical thyroid medication. As a 52-year-old, these timing windows are vital for my health.
The lack of internal protocol here is shocking. I explicitly instructed them in advance to contact me via WhatsApp call due to poor cellular reception in my block. Instead of following these notes, they used the 'excuse' that they tried a regular call and couldn't reach me. For a company in the medical industry, failing to follow patient-specific communication requirements is a major red flag.
To make matters worse, they spent 2.5 hours texting me '20 more minutes' before going completely silent. It is now 9:30 AM; they have wasted my time, compromised my medication schedule, and left me fasting unnecessarily for hours.
Absolute zero stars( If there was a option) They are poorly organized, have no respect for patient safety, and cannot be trusted with your health.
