I got a test done yesterday, and even now, the results are incomplete. That in itself is unacceptable—but what’s worse is the absolute lack of support. I’ve tried every possible channel—chat, phone calls, you name it. Each time, I’ve waited over 15 minutes, only to be met with silence. No response. No resolution. I had asked for NS1 antigen test and Vitamin D3 and both are missing in the report and worse, NO HELP whatsoever!!!

I just received a call after posting this review and I wish the call had come before.

I am not getting confident report is right or wrong. There is no sla to release the report on time. Taking to much time to release the report.

I booked tests for mother. The person came on time and good service. Report bhi same day per mil gai thi.

I booked an X-ray appointment for my dad through this app. When we reached the center, they refused the booking, saying Healthians hasn’t been paying them, so they’re not accepting appointments. They also haven’t answered calls or processed my refund. Avoid this app.

I've got tests done from healthians many a times for me and my family members...have had a good experience everytime...when I compare with the sample collectors from other labs I find healthians sample collectors to be better in terms of hygiene and also they make the sample collection quite painless. Even my 7 year old daughter didn't cry when she got tested once. Their reports are also on time and very detailed yet easy to understand.

Reminder for dr consultation 3 times but no response from the company.
Crap service.

It is not authentic. I have done 2 reports and 1 from Healthians and 1 from another lab both were not matching. And my grand mother suffered from wrong diagnosed. From Healthian reports she is all fine but from another report she has some kidney underlined disease. Pathetic lab service. I have get it done from Healthians quite a few times and now i came to know about this that the reports are not authentic.

Pathetic company and employees.in test like (KFT) kidney function test, they didn't included pottasium test.Their employee didn't even guided about that.High pottasium may leads to cardiac arrest moreover it happened when patient is on dialysis and in evening dialysis was due. It's a basic test which is even included in RFT by other laboretries which is of half the cost. Will not recommend anyone to choose this labortery. Accuracy of the tests can't be guaranteed because the same test when conducted by Lal Path Labs the difference was significant.

Terrible service, took money for both tests and only came for one test. Staff was rude and offered refund of Rs. 300 out of 5000 that was paid. Still have neither recieved results not recieved reports

Bad experience too late reports and bad customer care service. I am waiting for more than one day for the report still not received. Report accuracy i don't know report not received till time.

Very bad,it is black spot on the face of Yuvraj Singh for its last two I am calling yours coustomer care for my bill. After holding 12-13 minutes there is no reply. We regular coustomer of healthian for last 3-4 years. Now we decided we will not continue. Yuvraj ji you are pride of india either you leave this co or do something to improve its services. Other it is bad name to your name

they are fraud with no support on doctor consulation and no idea on money being charged ...everyone agent has a different rate for same test

This is not just a review. This is a PUBLIC WARNING to anyone considering Healthians for medical tests.

I had the absolute misfortune of booking a blood test through Healthians – and it has been one of the worst, most fraudulent experiences I’ve ever faced with any healthcare provider.

After the sample collection, they promised a doctor consultation once reports were ready. It’s been over a week, and after countless follow-ups via calls, chats, and emails, I have received NOTHING. No doctor’s call. No support. Just empty, robotic replies like “We’re arranging a call,” “It’s being escalated,” or “Please wait 24 hours.” It’s all lies.

Now, the situation has gone from bad to absurd. When I try to reach customer care, they keep me on hold for hours and then disconnect. The final insult? They now claim my number is not even registered—despite the fact I’ve shared my report link, screenshots, and have the entire call and chat history saved.

Even worse, the agent who booked my appointment (Md Kamil) has now disappeared, not answering any of my calls. Above that he has a very unprofessional behaviour. I have all the chats and call records to prove the same.

At this point, I’m no longer even confident the reports are real. How can anyone trust results from a company that lies, ghosts its customers, and treats basic post-report support as optional?

I am a lawyer, and I will be filing an official legal complaint against Healthians for fraudulent, negligent, and unethical behavior. If they can treat a legally aware consumer like this, imagine what they’re doing to vulnerable patients who don’t have the means to fight back.

Healthians is not just irresponsible – it is dangerous.

They are playing with people’s health, mental peace, and money. This isn’t poor service – this is calculated apathy and corporate fraud.

To the public: DO NOT use Healthians. To Healthians: Rectify this immediately. Or I will make sure this case reaches every platform, forum, and legal body available to protect others from your malpractice.

SHAME on you for betraying people’s trust in something as critical as healthcare.

I gave my RTPCR sample for Covid Test at 5 AM on 6 June, till now the report is not avaialble. When I try calling their customer care numbers- I hear the standard message "your call in important- we will attend shortly" for 30 minute before the line gets disconnected automatically. I think they are just in the business of collecting money and then saying a goodbye to customers. In my case I opted for payment to be made at the time of sample collection, so at least they made the effort to come to my house and collect my sample so that they get the money also. And now that they have the money- they are no where to be traced. They are fly by night operators.

My name is Shubham Goyal, and I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the misleading and inaccurate test report I received from this lab.

I underwent a health check-up, and the report flagged a serious abnormality in my CEA levels. Based on this, several doctors recommended further testing, causing severe stress and anxiety to me and my family.

To be sure, I got the same test repeated at Lal Path Labs on the advice of a senior doctor. The result came back completely normal. Shockingly, my father (Mr. Sajjan Goyal), who also gave his sample on the same day, received the same false abnormal CEA result from this lab, but his Lal Path Labs report was also normal.

This points clearly to negligence or a serious flaw in the lab’s testing process. How can both results be wrong on the same day? How can a critical health marker vary so drastically in 24 hours?

Your sample handling is poor as covid test proved positive despite being no symptoms.

First time I have given the test. but service is very poor. After taking the samples there is no reply from any one from the company. on enquiry I was told to contact the customer care, but that is also useless. Having paid in advance the fees, i have to wait for the reports and no question of healthians second time.
