First time I have given the test. but service is very poor. After taking the samples there is no reply from any one from the company. on enquiry I was told to contact the customer care, but that is also useless. Having paid in advance the fees, i have to wait for the reports and no question of healthians second time.

Booking they took very fast for 7-8AM Fasting bloodtest, but phlebo told me he will be late and didn't confirm timings. I called customer care and tried to get actual timings and details, I called 7-8 times call was picked up by executive but when I asked query the put my call on hold and disconnected. Very poor service and I will never recommend Healthians to anyone.

The worst service I have ever seen!! Since 2 days they are spoiling my routine for nothing. Booked tests for 4 adults. 2 in one house and 2 in the other (just one street apart less than 100 m).
I spoke to the customer executive and he said okay, no problem. You don’t need to book separately, since it’s only one street apart. I told him I want collection at 7 AM. He booked tests for 05-06 Am. I called him back and he said that is system generated… he will come at 7 AM only. Next day, I got a call from the sample collector at 4:51 AM which I did not pick since I was sleeping. What kind of pathetic service is this?
I again rescheduled it for today at 7:00 AM. Now today the collector came and said it’s not possible to take sample from 2 locations. So either you stupid people should decide and coordinate amongst yourself first and then talk to me. Why the hell are you wasting my time since 2 days!

ONE of the worst experience with the sample collection executive my order I'd is 13653890617 I have booked for blood test He visited to my location 1 hour late then my booking time slot and he came to collect the blood sample brought 5 rupees needle syringe 💉 to withdraw the blood sample he has no sense to atleast to wear the gloves before withdrawal of blood sample and after collecting the blood with syringe he was unsuccessful to transfer the blood sample to testtube he tried to ingect the needle to testtube to exchange the collected blood sample to testtube he was unsuccessful the he removed the cap of test tube and poured the blood by removing the needle of syringe he split on my sofa and sofa cover was full of blood he don't even know how to handle the collected sample he has no ice box with him just rolled in toilet paper kept in his bag and went away last time I will never trust this website again in my lifetime

The worst company to go through all these tests. Communication with the customer is another issue, they can't even communicate between themselves. Even after scheduling a sample collection for a family of 4 the collection agent did not receive any info regarding the same. We've waited nearly 15hrs with out food and still no progress from them. Finally gave up after we spoke to their rude supervisor who did not care at all

I will say never prefer such kind of fake agency. Too worst experience. They just took appointment as target completion but further don't respond u. Their customer care service to apna cal directly hold pe rakhti hai.

Sample collection for blood test was perfect the person came for collection took almost care, lab may have mishandled the blood sample and asked for re-sample collection. its very surprising no one regret the mistake. other hand giving us the option either they will refund the test charges or will collect the samples again. means they are taking customer for granted for re-sampling without any compensation of their mistakes

The guy who came to my house in Mumbai was on time but when I asked him will my Potassium be checked he said you paying only Rs 4200 for 2 you have to take abother test that is total of Rs 7200, he said you will get everything, I told him if he can reduce a little he said after giving 58% discount it comes to Rs 7200 finally I agreed but when I got the result there is no Potassium, I called in to chat with their doctor she was like a speed train what is all good so I told her to tell me what is not good and where is the Potassium for which she replied I had not asked for it, I tried to call back the technician who had called me to get my location I was not able to get him, the doctor was just there to sell their medicine. I feel its a waste of money,

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Healthians.com. I had booked a test for a 78-year-old lady who was fasting since early morning for a 7:30 AM appointment. The sample collector not only failed to show up but also didn’t bother to answer a single call despite repeated attempts. I called multiple times, but he kept ignoring my calls. This is completely irresponsible and shows zero professionalism.

To make things worse, when I reached out to the customer care helpline, every single person I spoke to either kept me on hold or dodged my questions. Not one of them gave me a clear answer or even tried to resolve the issue. It felt like no one cared.

This is absolutely shameful service. Healthians.com, you should be embarrassed. I’ve booked many tests through your platform before, but after this pathetic experience, I’ve completely lost trust in you. You made an elderly woman suffer needlessly due to your negligence. Never expected such unprofessional and careless behavior.

Don’t go for health Ian’s they are not reliable and they give fake promises. O got a test done from them in which the irons sample they took was not enough and they messaged me that it’s report will not be there as sample is not enough so I asked them to take the sample again but they said ok we will take it tomorrow but u send us the money I said what is the gaura tee u will come to take after taking the money they said it’s sure shot so I have the money and next day nobody came and the person Maneesh Kumar who gave me all this assurance is now not taking the calls not answering my messages and there is no google review about this health Ian’s no compalint point when u go to customer care to complaint they give u infinite beep hold where no one will come no matter how long u stay. So don’t go for healthians , I doubt they give reliable reports or not

Even rating is insulting. No professionalism, no manners and no commitment towards client. Company needs to build capacities of their staffs, prior assigning tasks to them.

I am writing to report a highly unsatisfactory experience with Healthians Lab during a recent blood collection appointment on 05/04/2025 at Delhi. The lab representative assigned to me demonstrated a lack of skill in performing the venipuncture procedure. The representative struggled to locate and puncture my vein, resulting in significant pain during the process. Even after 24 hours, I continued to experience discomfort at the site, which I believe is a direct result of their inadequate technique.

These people are such a bunch of thugs. I booked a health test using Healthian lab (Booking ID 12965060142) and partially cancelled the tests for which I was supposed to receive a refund of Rs 1818.
For this I have called their foolish customer service representatives 5 times and dropped them 3 mails. In response, just receive a shitty AI generated link which is of no use. These people are just roadside thiefs who will never return back any money they have received. Plz dont book any tests with them I highly doubt their professionalism

nothing special about their service. poor appointment processes, even poorer sample collection. they do not keep their timelines for collection. unless you are yuvraj singh, be ready for an unpleasant experience

Very poor service and accuracy
They change the sample collection time according to them, without notifying you. Then sample collector come after dozens of calls and collect sample in very unhygienic way (forgot to even clean the sample collection site with alcohol swab) and then kept it in our fridge to collect it later as per his convenience. Customer care have only automated voice bots. They are cheap because they have very poor service and work ethics.

Healthians used to be a great service provider but now their services are very poor in terms of efficiency and trustworthiness. We were sold and invoiced for a gold package but results were for winter wellness package for couple. PSA test was not done which we had specifically asked about instead LH and FSH tests that were neither age nor gender appropriate were provided. Sample collector was basically a charlatan. Will not use this company again.

Cheaper prices but totally inconsistent and completely wrong reports for few parameters. Cant trust them. They contact you every day until the blood test but after test when we enquire about some wrong reports they dont care to reply quickly.

Pathetic service ....not delivering report on time, other reports are fake
