I woke up with a migraine every morning after taking these as prescribed. I felt terrible. Therefore I cannot recommend them.

Great taste and it does give you peace in mind which allows a very good nights sleep.

Excellent product for restless legs, aging aches and better, deeper sleep.
Tastes lovely with hot water or sparkling mineral water. I haven't tried the new flavour but the original raspberry and lemon is delicious. I look forward to drinking it each evening, half an hour or so before heading to bed.
Best part, I wake up rested and refreshed. Good price, always delivered promptly every 3 months.

I found the lemon taste like Lemsip and the powder didn't fully dissolve in cold water. The pineapple one was much nicer. I didn't notice any difference in my sleep pattern as I still woke up several times in the night. I did however have very vivid dreams which I didn't like. I still have a few days left of the extended trial so I will keep gong, but I can't see me ordering more.

Efficient service and so far believe the drink helps me get to sleep and more importantly get back to sleep,when I wake in the night. A friend recommended it and I’ve recommended it too and think the five free samples is an excellent trial.

Love the flavour. Been taking these for over a month now. Can notice I’m sleeping better, however, still suffer from restless legs which is why I bought this product. All in all a nice taste. If any bad point it would be the price!

I have Spinal Stenosis and I struggle to sleep at night.I also need a hip replacement which doesn't help.I was sceptical that a drink would help.I had been on Amatrypline to help me sleep but my doctor wanted me to go on pain medication for my nerve pain but it wasn't compatible with Amatrypline.I have it with hot water and take it sitting in bed.How it works I don't know but within 30 mins I am sound.My medication didn't work that fast.I am just finishing a box of the original flavour and looking forward to the Mango.Give it a try.I think you will be surprised

Bought into the trial getting 2 flavours - was excited to try as the benefits looked very positive including being mild on the stomach. Tried my first one tonight and within 60 mins of drinking it was pebble dashing the facilities. I’d steer well clear of this product. Further research says magnesium supplements can cause diarrhoea - this should be much clearer on the product and it isn’t - I mean why would they as no one would buy it. I’d absolutely not have if I’d known. Be warned.

I’ve always been quite cynical about health supplements and the like. A couple of months ago I developed a health issue that caused severe insomnia and anxiety due to worry. As a temporary measure while tests were being done, I was prescribed Zopiclone which helped immensely. I was reluctant to carry on taking these meds as I didn’t want to rely on them and was worried about getting addicted. I found Healthy Metal, decided “what the heck” and ordered some. I can honestly say, after one night (without Zopiclone) and taking this with diluted Ribena (my usual drink) I was so surprised. Maybe it was a bit of a placebo, maybe not, I don’t care, it works!
I’ve now been having one sachet every evening over a couple of hours before bed and do sleep really well. My sleep anxiety has gone even with my other issue not fully resolved yet. Never been a fan of Facebook ads but I make an exception with Healthy Metal, had I not spotted it on my FB feed, I may have never discovered it. As Marshall McLuhan once said “the medium is the message”! Finally, I completely stopped smoking over 2 weeks ago after nearly 50 years. I would like to think Healthy Metal is helping in a small way to deal with any stress related to giving up. If it isn’t, it’s certainly sorted my sleeping out!
I’ll be restocking when my current supply runs low.

I really love my nightly drink routine - the taste is great, i like it cold with still or sparkling water and ice. Its been a great swap from wine in the evenings and i really notice the difference when i dont have one - my sleep is nowhere near as good, its become a nightly routine now. Enjoying the mango flavour too!

Quick delivery and I really enjoy the taste. Have been taking on and off for around a month now and I definitely sleep better when I've taken it. I never really struggled to get to sleep but often would wake around 5ish and then not really sleep properly after that. With this supplement I am getting straight back to sleep after waking, so it's great!

I have used Healthy Metal for 2 months now. I have to say I was sceptical initially but thought I’d give it a try. I wasn’t sleeping or relaxing due to some stress. A friend recommended these and I thought why not. Well within 3 nights my sleep improved. Now I have these sachets every night. They are pleasant tasting and don’t leave you with a bitter taste.

with my initial starter pack, I was very impressed, felt generally a lot better and started to sleep well. With the new supply for the month after approximately a week I started to struggle with severe restless legs during the night , not necessarily to do with the drink. It could be a multitude of things, but I've decided to give it a break for a week or so to see how I get on. I certainly haven't given up because as I said with the starter pack I was doing very well. I will resume using the drinks again in a few days and see how I get on.

I have been taking magnesium glycinate (from a competitor) for a few years, initially to deal with restless legs and more latterly also sleep issues. As Healthy Metal had so many rave reviews, I decided to give it a go and ordered the 12 day trial. I did find that I went to sleep more quickly, but woke up early, finding it difficult, if not impossible, to go back to sleep. Other than that there was no difference to the other brand I have been using, so I have not placed a further order. The taste was great - nice and tart - but that in itself isn’t enough to make me change brand.
