My trial pack was never delivered. After waiting a week I emailed to ask about my order. I got an immediate response, and another pack was sent out, tracked this time. Great customer service. Have yet to try the drinks.

I poured the powder into my water bottle and gave it a little shake
It sat at the bottom in a blob I left it for half an hour and it was still there gave it a good shake it finally started to mix
Taste was okay but I was disappointed as the packaging was so good but product let it down
Tried it again and the same thing happened??
Any advice or ideas Is this the normal process or have I just been given a bad batch??

Had high hopes for this due to many recommendations on social media. Bought the 12 night trial. Pleasant tasting drink. Preferred it cold and had an hour before bedtime every night for the 12 nights. Unfortunately, in my case, I saw no difference to my usual disturbed sleep patterns and towards the end of the trial I developed an upset tummy which may or may not be related. As I was very keen to get a good nights sleep I’m disappointed that it didn’t work for me and won’t be continuing. Customer service was good though and they checked in a couple of times and responded promptly.

This company have been very helpful, As our postal service is very bad, I have not received mine and they sent out another batch free by royal mail tracked. I find the new flavour, much easier to drink as the lemon and raspberry one did give me heartburn but I do feel I am sleeping better. I am having more headaches , but I do think that could be due to the heat so I will be interested to see how that goes once it's cooler.

The best nights sleep every night, consistently, since taking this. Nice with cold water and ice or warm with honey and spices

I tried this for more than two weeks every day. It did not improve my sleep and made me more wakeful at night and fidgety. I also tried it at different times of the day as suggested by the bot. Really disappointed.

I like the new taste but preffer the original a bit stronger taste. Will buy again.

Since the trial sachets, and going ahead with a repeat order, I find my sleep quality and time asleep to be very much better. I now have deeper sleep, and am waking up much less in the middle of the night. Definitely would recommend - the taste is enjoyable too. Taking the sachet in a drink of water has become part of my going to bed routine.

I sent my order to the wrong address accidentally and was so surprised to hear that they would send me a replacement order to the right address free of charge. 10/10 for customer service and as a company also. Thank you 🙏

I brought the night time drink for my husband who was having problems sleeping since taking the drink before bed his sleeping pattern as changed he now sleeps through the night . Highly recommend

I have struggled with sleep for years, my mum recommended these and i can honestly say i now wouldn’t be without them! I fall asleep much more easily, i have a lot less 3am wake ups and if i do wake i fall asleep a lot wuicker than before. I feel as though my sleep quality is so much better and wake feeling as though i have slept deeply and feel more energised for the day ahead. They taste great! I have one with hot water every evening. 100% recommend!

Great tastes, both versions, price not so much! Does it work?? I haven’t noticed any drastic changes but have just ordered a 60 day box so… We’ll see? In the meantime I’ve just got to remember to drink it every night!!!

Since ive started taking health metal magnesium im actually sleeping at night, I'm 59 in the menopause and have fibromyalgia, so sleeping was not always guaranteed. It's a tangy lemon drink that a mix with tonic and ice, its part if my evening routine now, I swear by this product and would highly recommend it to anyone
