Dont order for birthday present or Christmas present

The socks are good quality but delivery was atrocious.

Promised delivery mid December and they arrived in the new year.

I queried the parcel so they said they would pop something extra in my package. It took a month if not longer to arrive . There was no extra for the trouble but they sent a 5% voucher.

I wont be using them again.

My son had previously ordered from them not during a bust period. Their 10 day window was about 3 weeks.

Very disappointing

I placed an order on October 30, 2025, for 11 pairs of socks intended as Christmas gifts. The order was shipped only on December 15 and arrived on January 2, 2026.
Customer service was responsive but failed to provide any practical or financial solution for the delay. Although I was aware that some items were on pre-order, it is not acceptable for an order to take over two months to be fulfilled without clearly stating this at the time of purchase.
Some socks differ slightly in color from the images depending on the size, information that should have been disclosed beforehand. I also received multiple review request emails before receiving the products, which only added to the frustration.
The products appear original and solid, although I have not yet used them. I would prefer not to receive further expressions of understanding from the company unless they are accompanied by practical solutions.
In the end, what started as an experience full of enthusiasm turned out to be very frustrating.

I’m very happy with my socks! I love the quality and fit! I’m a fan! Got them before Christmas. A bit delayed but it was all fine! It’s weird to see all those other reviews. Think they blew up. Love the concept and will buy more! ☺️♥️

Incomplete and very late. Appalling Customer Service.

My order of 5 pairs of socks, ordered on 13 December and intended as a Christmas present, was marked as "dispatched" by 16 December but did not appear to be in tbe possession of Royal Mail for more than another week. During this time I had completely contradictory emails, apparently from the same person, Django, one saying they had been dispatched, and another saying they would not be sent until January. I made the point that unless they arrived soon they would be useless to me, and I would require a full refund. I was offered, as recompense, a £5 gift token redeemable only against a further minimum 2 item order. A refund would only be forthcoming upon me returning these items (that were still goodness knows where!) at my own expense. The company offered no solution to their chaos and incompetence that did not require me spending more money.
The order finally arrived on 2nd January, minus one of the five pairs supposed to be in the package. I have raised the issue of the order being incomplete and communication has now gone silent.

Your order was marked as dispatched when it left our warehouse, but we fully acknowledge that tracking updates did not align clearly with Royal Mail’s intake timeline. We take responsibility for that.

Refund & goodwill offer
The €5 gift code was intended purely as a goodwill gesture, not as a replacement for your order or a solution to the situation. We recognise that, given the circumstances, this did not address your concerns appropriately.

Partial delivery
To avoid further delays, part of your order was shipped ahead of the remaining item. While this was done to ensure you received at least part of your order sooner, we acknowledge that this was not communicated clearly enough.

surprised in a good way

Was actually a bit surprised in a good way.
ordered these as a gift and didn’t expect too much tbh, but the socks feel nice and look even better in real life.

packaging was really nice, socks are comfy and the design is fun without being too much 🥹!!

tiny socks in size 41-46?

I placed my first order in January and received an item whose colour was clearly different from what was shown online. I didn’t raise the issue at the time.

I placed a second order in mid-November to have the socks in time for Christmas gifts. There was no indication on the website that items were pre-orders; this was only communicated after I had already placed and paid for the order.

After two weeks, customer service said shipping would “probably” be mid-December, and the order arrived too late for Christmas.

I ordered five pairs of socks (four in size 41–46 and one “one size fits all”). Three pairs are noticeably smaller than the stated size range.

Finally, the marketing around the MSF collaboration (“every pair supports Doctors Without Borders”) lacks transparency. At €12 per pair, I expected a per-item donation, but was told it is instead a minimum annual donation of €1,200, with no fixed amount per sock.

Based on these experiences, I won’t be ordering again.

While we do our best to display colours accurately, slight variations can occur depending on screen settings and production batches. That said, if an item differs noticeably from what was shown online, that’s something we want to take seriously.

Pre-orders & Christmas delivery
During the holiday period, a number of items were offered as pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis. We acknowledge that this may not have been communicated clearly enough upfront in your case, and we understand how frustrating that is — especially when ordering gifts.

Sizing concerns (41–46 / one size)
Our socks are designed to fit within stated size ranges, but we recognise that fit can feel different depending on foot shape and personal preference. Your feedback about multiple pairs feeling smaller than expected is valuable and has been shared internally for further review.

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) collaboration
We understand your concern regarding transparency. Our commitment to MSF is based on a guaranteed minimum annual donation, rather than a fixed amount per pair. We agree that this should be communicated more clearly, and we appreciate you highlighting this.

I have received my order finally after…

I have received my order finally after 2 months and one pair is missing. I only ordered two pairs!

Now missing a Xmas present and they were very expensive to begin with.
I’m not impressed with this company.

Scammers: order not sent, money not refunded

Same as other reviews: order not shipped within 3 days, no communication so I requested a refund. Customer service says the refund is “processed on their end” but I haven’t received anything for weeks and they don’t respond to emails anymore. Jango, where did you disappear and where is my money? I see that you apologize in delay in communication under the other reviews but I don’t care about that, it’s been 20 days since I’ve requested the refund just give my money back!!

We needed 200 socks for the christmas gifts bags. We pré-ordered them and they came just in time for the christmas. They look very nice and made of good quality.

I ordered 2 pairs of these socks on 1st December for my daughter and her boyfriend, as a small christmas prezzie (they're both hospital doctors).
I have heard NOTHING (apart from confirmation of the order), despite emailing them...

Scam company

Scam company, so gutted!
Ordered over a month ago, and was told I would receive a tracking order within three days. No contact for weeks - then told these are actually 'pre order' (nothing on the website stating that) and that they would ship late November. Radio silence since, and no sign of the socks or even a tracking number. Really gutted as these were a gift and I was hoping to support such an awesome cause, but clearly some things are just too good to be true.

Poor business model, misleading product info

I have requested cancellation of my order and am really disappointed by how misleading the website is.

Ordered on October 22nd.
Order included some pre-order items, along with the several items marked “ships today” - so I did expect slower than usual shipping. HOWEVER.

Nearly a month after ordering there was no shipping update (the order confirmation promises 3 days) and I have just been informed (after asking Customer Service) that the pre-order items will not ship until early-mid December. In fact one of the items marked “ships today” may not be available until January and would delay the shipment further. On checking the website, this product (Emergency Socks) is still clearly marked “ships today”.

Furthermore, it’s incredibly difficult to find out where items ship from, to assess whether customs duties will apply for EU countries - the website suggests that non-EU countries are more likely to be affected, but the order confirmation then clearly states that items are NOT shipped from the EU and warns of potential customs fees.

On our website, some socks were marked as "ships today." We’ve since discovered with you that this caused confusion — the label was only intended for items that were currently in stock. That could have been clearer, and we've now updated it.

To reduce environmental impact (and because many customers prefer it), we often ship orders together in one package. However, we’re always happy to split the shipment on request — a quick email would have been enough.

Regarding customs duties: there’s no need to worry. Any import or VAT fees are always covered by Healthy Socks — never by the customer.

Thanks to our international growth, we’ve set up a global logistics solution that allows us to ship quickly worldwide. In rare cases, a parcel may arrive via a slower route or outside our tracking system. If that happens (though it’s very rare), we will of course take full responsibility and resolve it.

Scam company.

Placed an order 10 days ago. It states that the items will be sent promptly and a tracking order provided within 3 days.

10 days on the order still just shows as ‘confirmed’. This company has taken money from my account - not sent the order or provided any tracking details.

I would have expected the order to have arrived before now.

Not worth ordering from this company. :(

This company is clearly a con. It’s been a day short of 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. It very clearly says a tracking number will be provided the next day. It doesn’t mention anything about delaying the rest of your order if one item is ‘preorder’. They were quick enough to take my money, had absolutely no contact. I think I’ve been robbed. Avoid at all costs.
