Taya and Chelli at the Bountiful office of the Hearing Brain Center, have been incredibly professional and very helpful. I came to the center with severe tinnitus and a great deal of hearing loss. Taya helped me in understanding the connection of hearing loss, tinnitus and the effects on the brain. They provided hearing aids with the latest technology that has helped my hearing tremendously. The follow-up visits and testing have been very informative. The adjustments have clearly enhanced my ability to hear better in all situations. Taya and Chelli have provided me with a tremendous experience. I am very grateful for the help I've received which has greatly improved my hearing. I would absolutely recommend not only this clinic but the process and procedures provided by the Hearing Brain Centers of America.

They were very thorough in explaining everything and took the time to go over several options with me. I am visiting a friend in St. George Utah and realized that I didn’t have any hearing aid filters with me.
My friend found this office for me.
I stopped by and asked them if they had any hearing aid filters. Shileeen went above and beyond to help me.
She gave me 2pkgs of filters and cleaned the wax from my ear.
She didn’t charge me for any of this. WOW!

I like the testing and feedback I get at each visit. The team is responsive to my needs and questions and offer updates and tools for my hearing needs.

They were friendly and treated me like family. They took time to get to know me and my needs. I got in quickly and I couldn’t believe I went through the whole process and walked out with hearing aids.

Dr. Hannah and Suzette are the best making me feel like I’m at home. Dr Hannah has been guiding me on the importance of treating my tinnitus and preventing the progression of my hearing loss. They are the best also for adopting my mom which she is already in hearing aids but has been under treated. Dr Hannah has adopted her and willing to help her. My mom already has seen changes just after the first week. We are blessed to have them helping us. Love how passionate and caring they are.

They said that the 1st appointment is free and that the $236 would be refunded if we didn’t go through with the recommended treatment but now they refuse to give it back. Don’t give them any money!! They are thieves!!!

Patient and helpful

This clinic is great. It's too early to know about whether it will help the tinnitus, but the hearing aids are far more functional than I thought they would be. And the care and precision of the measurement process by the staff is encouraging. Now when I step outside the birds are yelling at me to stop and listen, and take delight in their sounds.

Dr Rauctt listened to my concerns and problems with my hearing aids that I had for over five years. The feeling that my head was in a bucket and I couldn’t understand half of what people were saying. She asked how my tinnitus affected me in my day to day activities.
She did a thorough hearing test and explained the extent of my hearing loss. After fitting me with the option hearing aids that are adjusted to my hearing needs for the first time in years I can finally hear!! Things are not louder but clearer. I finally feel that I am part of the conversation, not sitting in the background faking my way through. I don’t even “hear” the tinnitus while wearing my hearing aids. I am totally thrilled with the results so far and it’s only been three weeks. My hearing and clarity is a 100 times better than my $5000 hearing aids. It’s like I got part of my life back!! I highly recommend Hearing and Brain Centers.
