Always friendly and professional. They know me well and are very responsive to my specific needs and requests. Highly recommended! They scheduled me in, did a complete evaluation.
Made adjustments to my devices and discussed what I need to do to keep my hearing as sharp as possible.

Just got my new hearing aids. I gave them 4 stars since I've not had any results yet. The doctor and receptionist are wonderful, kind efficient and very helpful.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. I feel like they listen to my concerns and address them immediately.
This is definitely a place worth visiting for your hearing needs.

So far, the company (staff) has done a very good job getting me set up, tested and adjusted as needed. I understand that this process takes some time but I have high hopes that this will curb the ‘noise’ and get my hearing back to what it was -NO INTERFERENCE!!

It was a great first impression. The two gals, Joy and Theresa, have answers to any and all questions. Hope it continues as such!

I started wearing hearing aids a year ago, and I'm pleased with how they have helped! Chelli and Taya were great from my very first meeting and with the follow-ups. They explained well about how the ears and the brain work together, and learned a lot from the computer graphics showing what my hearing situation was/is. And I appreciate the periodic cleaning without an appointment!

Hearing and Brain Center in Bountiful is staffed by the most welcoming, empathetic people one could hope for! I am a musician and a live sound professional, and they took that into account as they programmed my aids. The after care is remarkable. They always have time and patience for my needs and questions. Hearing and Brain Center of Bountiful kept me working when my career could’ve been over. Go here. Get ears. You won’t be sorry!

I am treated like a family member at the Hearing and Brain Center in Worcester. Joy takes care of my every need when my hearing aides are dirty or not working properly. Theresa, the audiologist, is patient while being exacting in her treatment of my hearing and tinnitus.

I have had 3 previous hearing professional treat my hearing loss and have found that Dr Jackson at the Hearing and Brain Center is the most well trained and knowledgeable of them all. The hearing tests that he has performed on me are way more extensive and informative than any of the other hearing centers. I now hear better than I have in a long time.👍👍👍👍

They are so polite and explain every step they are doing. They sit with you and show you your results. They are very easy to work with. I love my appointments with them.

My questions were answered so I could understand my first annual test results compared to my my first initial visit results. I was met with professionalism &an inviting atmosphere.

All personnel are very competent and the audiologist knew more than I expected about the relationship between the brain and hearing. She knew how to present in such a way that gave me confidence in the product and employees. Very professional organization,

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail about what they were going to do to help me with my hearing. After the visit I experienced improvement with my hearing and was given a plan to continue to receive help with my hearing aids to continue the improvement with my hearing in the future.

Theresa and joy were above and beyond wonderful, caring, compassionate and went above and beyond to help me with my hearing. Put my health over financial aspect of the business. They both care d more about giving me back my life hearing wise than the ridgid financial piece of affording hearing aides. Compassionate business and I will recommend anyone I come in contact with that has hearing loss to go to them for help.

I was from out-of-town & needed a phonak charger to go with my battery pack. Your nice representative gave me, no charge, a charger plus a chord & plugin A/C adapter...very nice! Thank you so much!

The Dr. was very helpful and took the time to explain what I needed to do with my hearing aids. Also, I didn't feel rushed like he needed to get to the next patient. Overall, I'll go back and would recommend to family and friends.
