Very nice items in the box. It would have been extra special if there had been a snack inside.

Gemma goes the extra mile for her subscribers-- which speaks volumes of her character. The box is a wonderful treat. Shipping costs are a lot to the states (but that is not their fault) The goodies align with the price of the box. My dreams will come true when i get a unicorn themed box-- with maybe Julia childs painting on the glass!

Great company to deal with all around

All of the products are high quality & beautiful. In my last box , I received a green stone in my pendant instead of the purple. Other than that, I have been more than happy with everything. A great assortment.

The item I purchase, the mussel bowl, has a crack in it. I"m not sure if it was damaged in shipping or was sent that way. Too bad, it's a nice piece.

Heartbox Scotland gives me a small and sometimes big taste and sense of what it is to be in Scotland. It is the land of my people. It has solidified my goal to travel there.

Everyone at Heartbox has been quick to respond and to accommodate my questions and requests. The boxes themselves are a joy to open and are full of wonderful tidbits of Scotland. I will continue to use Heartbox in future gifting.

I’ve ordered add-ons before, especially the Julia Childs pieces. I did not receive the autumn add-ons I ordered, and last year I never received an add on necklace. And another time, when they offered extra items, I ordered whiskey lip balm, and got whiskey soap instead. These things are expensive, and all I’ve gotten is a “We’re looking into it”. I’m done risking my hard earned money on things I may or may not receive. Do better!
