Clean, helpful, efficient and nice !

Very friendly staff who put patient concerns to rest.

The patient questionnaire for my first appointment only reached me on the morning of my appointment, so completing that was a rush.

It would be helpful to be warned to bring a payment card; knowing that I'd have to take clothing off, I deliberately left my wallet at home.

Other than that it was all fine. Thank you.

Staff are wonderful and extremely friendly

Really lovely kind staff who put me at my ease and were very professional. Everything was well explained and canula insertion was painless and quick. Very pleasant clinic setting too.

I got referred to VCL by my cardiologist and having had a previous CT scan elsewhere last year, I was impressed by the VCL facility. The staff are welcoming and seem like they actually enjoy their jobs, and really looked after me when I was there. I got my appointment quickly and I didn't have to wait ages for replies to emails sent. I would definitely go there again if I needed more tests.

The staff were efficient and very friendly

The staff and nurses were very attentive. It was a shame that the doctor was running an hour late which delayed my procedure. However, I was kept informed.
Whole process felt professional and personal, so would recommend to anyone requiring treatment or tests.

The care received at VCL Surrey was excellent. The staff were all very friendly, but more importantly were clearly striving to deliver the best care possible. All tests were explained to me and I had an opportunity to ask any questions. There were no delays and my appointment ran to schedule. I would recommend this centre without hesitation.

The appointment was on time. Staff very friendly and the procedure was as explained. 4stsrs only because it is a very expensive experience.

Really fast appointment set up. Kind and friendly welcome from the nurses and excellent consultation with Dr Hickman, who went out of his way to see me before I went on holiday.

Excellent service. Super professional and very slick from the moment you make contact. All the staff are welcoming and are fantastic. From the scan to the consultation I cant rate it highly enough. Dr Leatham was happy to answer my many questions and made sure I fully understood the plan of action.
