Great customer Service !!

I unfortunately had my package stolen while in transit from hearts valley and reached out to their support team who were extremely attentive and helpful in rectifying this for me.

Really appreciate how quick you were to respond and the support provided. The jewellery is so cute and arrived quickly, would recommend purchasing from this small business :)

I bought the Hearts Valley watch ring and I absolutely love it! It’s stunning and looks exactly like the photo. Most importantly, the watch works. I say that because I had bought a watch ring from an expensive brand but the watch was not working. I ended up paying a lot of money just for something that looks like a watch.

This watch ring works and is nice and original. I highly recommend it.

The delivery service was EVRI. The parcel was left outside of my house…in full view any passers-by.
It was stolen .
I would like a full refund…ASAP.
I am 89 years old and can do without the stress caused by this unfortunate situation.

I received a magnetic bracelet set that had a dysfunction and reached out to Hearts Valley Support. They were beyond helpful and sent me another set free of charge. I would say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with customer support and I would recommend anyone to buy from there site, they are a great gift for birthdays, anniversaries, and the packaging is lovely.

Product looks amazing and cannot wait to get it in person! Had a slight issue with shipping but the support team was fast and super easy to work with to get everything sorted and sent out to me!!

I made a rather large order during a recent sale. I got the heart bag in both cherry and black, as well as some earrings and 2 necklaces. I wasn't sure what to expect because instagram has led me astray in the past. HOWEVER, the items are all beautiful and as described. The customer service at this company is incredible. One of my earrings had a defective clasp so I reluctantly emailed asking about an exchange and within minutes I received a notification that they'd shipped a replacement. No exchange needed. Super impressed and will make another purchase in future.

My interactions with shipping and customer service has been some of the smoothest and easygoing I have had with a company in years. There was no hassle, no complaints or disputes. It was just an easy transaction and the conversations via email were without a doubt a delightful experience. 10/10 I would 100 percent recommend to anyone else looking for a jewelry service.

I saw their heart shaped bags on Instagram and had to get them- they're absolutely gorgeous :) I also got their enamel heart earrings, which although had a small defect, upon letting them know they immediately sent out a replacement. Very satisfied with their service overall!

I recently ordered a heart bracelet from this company and, unfortunately, received the wrong item. I reached out to their customer service, and I was absolutely amazed by their response. They apologized for the mistake and immediately sent out the correct bracelet the very next day at no additional cost.

Do not buy this, it’s so fragile, I bought it and for a month it was good but then gradually bits of it started to break off so easily, first the tag, then the heart piece, then all I had left was the bracelet and even that broke off now I have nothing left. You can assume I was rough with it but I just did everyday tasks and it didn’t even last 3 months. My girlfriend’s half of the bracelet is also breaking off. Poorly constructed.

Extremely good quality goods for a fair price. Customer service side of things are fantastic. Would definitely recommend, great for gifts and sentimental things.

I found this company randomly on google and I’m glad I did. I ordered something but for about a week I got no updates on what was happening with the order. I emailed the company, they responded in a timely manner, and got everything sorted out within 12 hours. The customer service I received was something I have not received in a very long time or maybe ever. It was simply amazing.

There was a delay in my original order, not a very long one though, and they graciously offered me a free item off their site. Customer service if phenomenal will 100% be shopping from them again soon.
