there was a slight delay with my order as the gold watch ring was out of stock but nonetheless when it arrived it was everything i’d hope it would be. i’ve already gotten multiple compliments & i’ve only wore it twice so far. it’s definitely a statement piece & can be dressed up or down. i got one for me & my best friend who had just complimented somebody else’s days prior to me getting one without me knowing. will be returning for more jewelry in the near future!

Hearts Valley is amazing. I bought their magnetic chain bracelet for me and a friend and I absolutely loved it. I wore it 24/7, in the shower, the pool, everywhere. I only took it off when I absolutely had to, and it never tarnished once. It unfortunately broke and I lost it, but I reached out to the company asking if they could send me a replacement for 50% off because it would only be one of the two bracelets. And to my surprise and gratitude, they reached back out and sent me a new bracelet for free!! Hearts valley is a great company and we need more like them in this world.

I ordered the beautiful watch ring and I loved it so much I turned around and ordered the silver. The ring is just stunning, one of those pieces that will be vintage and admired always. The customer service was awesome, will definitely order more from this company.

I was a little skeptical going into buying from Hearts Valley because I wasn’t sure how a small business would handle orders, but they honestly have done better than most big companies I have bought merchandise from. My girlfriends bracelet had some issues with it and I reached out expecting a late reply or to get put on the back burner but they replied within a few hours and had no issues with sending me a replacement. Definitely a 5 star review, and will be looking to Hearts Valley for future merchandise.

I ordered the ring watch for my lover and she's been receiving so many compliments on it. It's one of the coolest things I've ever bought her and she loves it!

Hearts Valley not only has beautiful jewelry they have amazing customer service. When I experienced an issue with my order, they followed up with great communication and fast service to resolve the issue.

Not only is the quality of the Jewlery exceptional so is the customer service. I ordered an anniversary gift, and the first one unfortunately was lost in the mail. I reached out to the customer service team, and they were quick to find a solution for me and sent out another. I will definitely be a returning client.

It didn't start out great but it got better. The item was lost in the mail once UPS turned it over to USPS. However, your customer service was great. After waiting a while to make sure the shipment was truly lost, a replacement order was authorized. It just arrived and it is lovely. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

Great bracelets for Valentine’s Day, birthdays, anniversary’s. I lost one of the bracelets in the set of 2 and they gave me a discount to replace it. Really appreciative of the help Rachel from customer support gave me. Will definitely be a returning customer

Hearts Valley has very beautiful jewelry and we have been very happy with it. We had a small issue with some damaged portion of a ring that we purchased but I reached out to Rachel with the company and I could not have received better customer service. Rachel was extremely helpful, responsive and apologetic for the issue we had. She quickly had a new rind sent on the way before she even had time to let me know they had approved replacing it. I could tell that Rachel genuinely just wanted to make things right by us and make sure we were happy and satisfied with the end product we purchased. I really appreciated her help and wish everyone would treat their customers with such compassion and care. Thank you very much Rachel for all of your help with this small issue we had.

Beyond having really great products the customer service team is so professional and helpful. There was a mix up with some items I received versus what I ordered and their team was so prompt to get back to me. Had no problem fixing the problem and treated the situation with such grace. Cannot recommend this brand enough!!

My friend broke her friendship bracelet that I ordered from this company and when I reached out to the customer support they immediately responded and sent me two brand new bracelets! Very beautiful jewelry and so incredibly kind!

I received silver watch ring defective. I emailed Hearts Valley and they immediately said they would send a replacement right out. Very pleasant to deal with. Great customer service team who stands behind their products!!!

Watch ring broke in a week.

I bought their watch ring and within a week it stopped keeping time. Despite it being advertised as water resistant, it was not. Water got inside easily from hand washing. I haven't gotten a refund yet but if I get one I can update this review

Saw an ad on Instagram for some of their beautiful jewelry. Picked one up for my Valentines. Unfortunately the item showed as delivered and never showed up. It went from UPS to USPS. 🥲 contacted the company and very quickly they were able to sort out the situation for me. Great customer service. Excited to receive the beautiful item I originally ordered.

Bought the magnetic chain bracelet set for my daughter & I. Her bracelet broke within 2 days of wearing it. Horrible quality & now a complete waste of money
