Visited the Southampton branch on Friday 23rd June 2023
The staff was v busy and did not come to attend till half hour. We had invited guests it was very embarrassing for us.
The milk shakes served were full of cream with no taste of mango or pistachio
Nobody came to give us the bill even after reminders. Finally we paid the bill at the counter after standing in a queue.. v disappointed!!

Just left Hounslow branch after 50mins as part of our order did not arrive. We only received one order of three after 40mins. Deliveries are given priority over sitting customers.....won't be returning.

Layla exhibited excellent customer service skills and was very helpful

Walsall branch was terrible, the dessert maker was treating desserts as it’s worth pennies !! Spruce up women, your working for a brand !
The service was very poor as only 1 person working.
Shall never visit this branch again. 2nd time we encountered the worst service ever.

The customer service was really amazing by Saad in the Kingsbury 'Heavenly Desserts', who was exceptionally helpful and accommodated our requests so nicely and also helped us chose some nice desserts overall he made our experience at Heavenly Desserts not to be forgotten much appreciated, we sure will be going back again.

My daughter and I went for a mothers day afternoon tea with a gift voucher, my daughter has previously spoken to somebody on the phone and via email to let them know I was diary intolerant. When we arrived, we were given a vegan and normal menu and said we could order a tea or coffee as part of the voucher. I asked if I could swap my tea or coffee for a cold drink, but this wasn't allowed, I asked if maybe I could do a hot chocolate instead, again this could only be done at a extra cost, so we agreed to do the hot chocolate at extra. The hot chocolate and cup of tea are brought out in very small glass cups, and the hot chocolate was warm at best. She then brought out the tray of afternoon tea, dumped it on the table and walked away. We called her back to ask what was dairy free on the tray, she didn't know, so she went away and came back to advise that they don't cater on the afternoon tea for dairy free. We asked why we were not advised this when it was booked and specified, she did not know. She did however say we could have anything of the vegan menu instead, which was kind, but it was all deserts and we had come for afternoon tea, so was hoping for sandwiches. The sandwiches which were on the afternoon tea were not what was described on the menu, there were cream cheese and Branston pickle sandwiches and some salmon and cheese. To be honest for us it did not look appetising so we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Definitely not worth £30, but if they had advised from the beginning that they did not cater for dairy free then my daughter could have gone with somebody else, instead she lost out on £30. very disappointing.

My visit to Heavenly Desserts was an absolute treat, and I must say that I was blown away by the range and quality of the desserts on offer. The menu was extensive, and there was something for everyone, from delicious waffles and crepes to decadent cakes and pastries.

We ordered 3 scoops of ice cream and got served 15 mins and then toke 45 mins and STILL ice cream we still did not get our ice cream so we left. The staff looked so dead and did not want to be there SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISGRACEFUL WILL NEVER RETUEN BACK

I visited yesterday and was served by a lovely hijabi waitress,
I ordered a dark chocolate and honeycomb waffle and the waitress apologised profusely and asked if there was any other topping we would like.
She also was extremely kind and patient since we were a big group and kept checking if there was anything else we needed.

Amazing desserts, good atmosphere and service from Patricia. Will definitely be back!

We ordered for collection from Leicester branch . 3 waffles and cookie dough .what we expected from the pictures on the menu was nothing compared to what we received. As we opened the waffles basically was just a few strawberries scattered over melted chocolate.no presentation whatsoever.. and size of the cookie dough was so small maybe 4-5 inch in size.. nothing to what we see on the pictures.. although it did taste good but wasn't worth the money.

Ordered a waffle through deliveroo. Waffle wasn’t as I expected it to be. When I called the woman on the phone was very very rude and claimed to be the manager. Her words exactly “guess what, I am the manager” and then hung up the phone. I am shocked at this customer service. This is the rochdale heavenly desserts.

Recently visited the Watford branch. The food itself was fine but overpriced really for the quality you get. Service was OK, but mostly was younglins employed there, who I imagine just need the money, so don't expect too much. Nice enough for a teens birthday event etc, and lots of Instagram worthy pic opportunities. Toilet had run out of loo paper though, so only the disabled loo was in service, and so a long queue to use that.

The desserts are delicious and rich in flavour, but…i often feel like the servers don’t want to be there or just not in the mood. But overall, i enjoy love eating here with the family and do recommend the cookie dough with vanilla ice cream, it’s so tasty

Waited more than 45min for ice cream and donut. Such slow service. Would never come here again.the donuts were as hard as a stone.

The deserts taste nothing better than those you had when you were at school lunches. Massively overpriced not worth the time or money. That’s from 2 of the ones I’ve visited. One in Batley and the other in Huddersfield. But I guess it’s the same in the rest too if they are a franchise. My advice is get a school dinner it’s cheaper and tastes the same as this. Also o would change the name from Heavenly to Narsty Deserts.

It is rare a place name lives up to it's title, the desserts are truly heavenly, with excellent hosting from both Pedroo & Siantelle..
It has become our guilty pleasure..

The food is really bad and when I complained they wanted to give me discount next time. I don’t want a discount, I want a refund because I am not going back there. It is not worth your money.

I went to the one in Leicester. It looks good from the outside but the quality of the food absolutely doesn't match what they charge. I paid £8.75 for a cheap waffle, most likely from Asda, covered in a homebrand version of Nutella. Made worse by the fact it was described on the menu as Belgium chocolate... If you want a decent dessert, stay at home and avoid this company

Just started eating our waffles and a gang of men ran into the store beating another boy with a stick and shouting that one had a knife. We were thrown from our seats, my niece terrified and when the police arrived and told everyone to leave I was made to pay for my order despite the fact that we had only eaten 1/3 of it and my niece was in tears. The waitress even demanded that we walk back in and have to pass the blood soaked guy who was being detained on the floor by two police! My niece is now back at our hotel sobbing and in shock! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this waitress / store…AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
