Loughborough branch staff have next to zero courtesy for customers, first the woman in charge tries to talk me out of ordering a takeaway, then waves me to collect my order without even a thank you, placed my order on the desk and walked away.. I find this very rude for a business that states it strives for the best service.. I guess when the owner isn’t there and they have more than 3 tables to wait, the staff can’t seem to handle this immense pressure.. ps. Plenty of staff floating around doing nothing all at the same time..
I have been ordering from here since they opened and by far the current staff are lacking courtesy towards customers who pay their wages

Leicester branch!
1 and a half hours since we ordered and we still have not had any food and only half the drinks.
Well...... it has been over an hour and a half now... still no signs of any food or my drink.... when we arrived there where as many staff as customers yet still we wait...it's desert, there is little cooking required... how long does it take to open a freezer...... Update. The kids have a second drink yet still mine is not here.... Just been told desert will be here in 5 mins.......Now some one who arrived over an hour after us has there order........IT'S here, my food has arrived. So my food is excellent but the other 3 are underwhelming. Still not got my drink.... Now been here for nearly 2 hours.
So to some up. VERY SLOW, POOR SERVICE. Some very good food and some quite plain food. The slowest drinks service ever and the smallest glass of water you will ever be served. Can't comment on the hot chocolate because 2 hours in and still no sign of it.
I highly recommend ANY other desert place anywhere in the Midlands as I could have travelled to the city and back and still got home quicker (I am not exaggerating).

Might ask for a job in the kitchen as you don't seem to actually do any work.

My order was delivered to the wrong house. When calling the woman didn’t try to help and seemed like she was just trying to get me off the phone

Order incomplete. Missing some items I had paid for. Unacceptable. Avoid Walsall branch. Quality of food also very very average.

Over 2 hours to bring a vegan torte and sundae. Absolutely ridiculous. They don't answer the phone and updates on the app just slowly pushing back the time. Still waiting for order now..

Horrendous customer service & late delivery
I have a nut allergy and purchased my usual strawberry and chocolate waffle a few weeks back. Unfortunately, the staff put Nutella on the waffle in error, causing an allergic reaction and resulting in administration of my epipen. No apology from staff who handled the situation with rudeness and attitude. Delivery was also very late... an hour and a half!!

I found a long hair in my crepe, it was disgusting, never will I go here again. I rang to complain but the manager put the phone down as he didn't want to deal with it. I tried ringing again and again and was never able to get through again. Will not be going here again this is the second time i've had hygiene/health and safety issues. This was from the branch in Blackburn by the way.

Most of the food was okay, some of it was a bit underwhelming especially for the price and the wait.

Its a shame that I am unable to leave 0 star...More than an hour wait to start with. Absolutely rude and horrible delivery guy! Milkshake warm, taste like hot foam...cookie dough cold... unable to lave a review on just eat as this option is not working. Will never ever order from this place again! Do not order from here! Save money and go somewhere else!

Terrible. Ordered for the family and told 30 minutes. 55 minutes later only half the order of desserts arrived. Half of the family get to watch the other half eat while we call the Leicester shop. Shop staff blame deliveroo and say there’s nothing they can do. Thanks for taking our money, letting half the family down and taking zero accountability.

This was SO good! four stars just because one of the ice cream tubs were leaking but it was due to the delivery guy. :) would recommend!
