I was no longer using Heimdal Security so I could not disable auto renew settings ; support team did stop the auto renew for my license and they granted a refund of the payment that was done.

I used Heimdal Security for a few years but noticed it was blocking too many other programmes I was trying to install so cancelled my auto renewal.They replied the very next day saying that my request was completed. Great service!

The use and functionality of software was in my experience really good. No computer got infected. Even kids computers are safe.
Managing licence is somewhat complicated as you have to send mail inquiry for every move of the licence from one computer to another.

I had an issue with blocked website for my training. I have contacted the support team of Heimdal Security and they replied very fast, within about 30 min. Within an hour my problem was solved! They were very responsive and helpful!

They friendly told me about automatic renewing of my Heimdal Security and the price was about 247 € for a year. Therefore I have cancelled and chosen a new partner who has a price 1/5 of what Heimdal will have and the new partner is chosen in several tests as no 1 or 2

The support is outstanding. No waiting for a ticket to be created and updated. If you have an issue support wants a remote session to sort it out. This is a refreshing change from the usual bots and procedures that other vendors support usually consist of.

Technical Response is very fast and informative

We are using Heimdal for more than 5 years now and we are very satisfied with this product. The software is easy to implement, does prevent virus attacks, ransomware and has a lot of options that make the life of a system manager much easier. Also the support on the software is perfect. In case of problems there is a solution almost instantly. I would recommend this product above other antivirus products as it give you so many options to set it up. The console is very intuitive.

As an IT-Manager, this is probably one of our most important tools in the company. DNS filter, Patch Management and Admin rights control all work great, with an intuitive and great interface to manage them. Their support is probably the best support I've come across. They quickly and efficiently localize and resolve any issues. Even requesting something out of the ordinary is quickly handled. We are very satisfied.

While I’ve been using Thor Premium Home on PC for two years and a Mac for one year, the results differ. With the PC you get more robust protection and notifications of protection; on the Mac there are no notifications at all. After those years with both dual services running whether Defender and Thor or Bitdefender and Thor on Mac there’s been no intrusion or virus… Regardless of your cost which mine may have been different, this software can help you to feel protected if the included Defender in Windows isn’t enough or the build off Mac doesn’t give you warm fuzzy protection feeling.
