First of all I like the Heimdal product. For personal use it’s really affordable and does its job perfectly. I had a small issue with my license and contacted the support department via email and got it resolved within an hour. So I’m a happy customer.

Is used by with Norton 360 together with the Thor Foresight module, with Thor Vigilance deactivated.

Heimdal Dark Layer stopped DNS trafic after a Phishing attack which helped to identify the users who clicked on links which they should not have. I therefore concentrated on these users to secure them and their PC.

Quality cybersecurity solution. Not to mention, their 'strict' website filtering solution, which prevented my PC from delving onto mysterious websites.

I have used many leading AV protections available in market but Heimdal Security's protections, reliability and its features fulfil my all needs and requirements. It works much better than other AV protections. The technical support behavior is very good, supportive, understanding and quick responsive with quick resolutions. Thumbs up..!!

Before we had Heimdal we were using McAfee. Despite this software we were confronted with a ransomware attack about 5 times. Since the introduction of Heimdal in 2016 we did not know what to expect, but we bought the product that was unknown in the market. Heimdal has proved to be a reliable partner for antivirus and anti ransomware. Since we inplemented the programm we have not experienced any ransomware attack. Heimdal is also very good in Customer service. Questions are answered very fast !

I am using the module X-Plot resilience(path Management) for one year and seems it doing its job well.
And recently added the Thor Vigilance and feel it is also a good competitor for the other products in the market.

Get good responses most of the time and in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
