I paid £315 for tickets that were misleadingly advertised as “Floor”, supported by a floor plan showing the pit area next to the stage. I purchased these tickets for my daughter and myself, expecting a once-in-a-lifetime experience together.
Instead, we were given Upper Tier seats (Section 413) some of the worst seats in the venue, nowhere near the floor and nothing like what was implied when I paid. Had the listing been honest, I would never have bought them.
At that price, I could have bought real floor or pit tickets elsewhere. Because of this misleading sale, by the time I realised the truth, all floor tickets were sold out, completely destroying the experience I was trying to give my daughter.
Hello Tickets admitted their listing caused confusion but offered a token 15% refund, which is insulting given the level of mis-selling and disappointment. No accountability, no real resolution.
This has been extremely upsetting and feels like deliberate misrepresentation. I regret trusting this company and strongly warn others: do not buy from Hello Tickets unless you want an expensive disappointment.
