so far after 3 months as a customer i find hello bank extremely user friendly, very easy to operate. The assistance is working perfectly.

iOS app limited to those with 'France' selected as the country associated with their Apple ID.
So, if you recently moved (or moved back) to France then you cannot use the app without changing the country of your iOS account (which means that some of your other apps will stop working).
Wretched, awful example of a normal bank pretending to be a real online bank. I wouldn't need to be a customer at all except flagrant IBAN discrimination is so rife in France that I need an IBAN that starts with FR.
