They will only refund half of my money, even though I did not complete the process because it had been more than 48 hours. I still had to get and pay for my passport photo. There fee was $203.15 and I was still in the process of getting my passport, and they want me to send the state another $212. Go to travel.state.gov instead and save the "processing fee". I felt taken advantage of. Will tell others not to use this site.

The process was pretty seamless and non stressful. The only part I had a hard time with was downloading my packet of documents to sign. But your customer service agents were great and very prompt and eager to respond and help.
