Coverage, being the same as EE, is OK. In bad weather I had the Internet coming to a halt on several occasions, which is strange as I didn't have this problem with a different provider I use simultaneously. The IT system managing the account could definitely be better. Trying to check how much data I've got left within my limit is impossible. After a clumsy process of logging into the account with some security codes sent via SMS (which is very unhelpful when using the sim in a router) and checking the data usage, I only get how much data I used divided into calendar months. That tells me nothing when it comes to how much I've got left within my billing period. Customer Service - my waiting time was 1-2 hours when contacting them via WhatsUp within limited office hours. So, I'd say a bit long wait, but they were helpful once we started talking.

A lot has changed since your review. We now have both a mobile app and improved self-service portal, giving customers much clearer visibility of their SIMs, data allowances and usage without the clumsy process you experienced.
Roaming and mobile data performance can vary by location, network conditions and congestion, but we appreciate how frustrating inconsistent connectivity can be.
We’re also pleased our team were helpful once you reached them, although we completely appreciate that a 1–2 hour wait wasn’t ideal.
Thanks again for the feedback – much of what you highlighted has helped shape the improvements we’ve made since.
