My experience with Letio is amazing. They are the most straightforward, professional group of people I have come across. Renting my flat trough Letio was a piece of cake! They advise, guide an help trough the whole process. I cannot recommend Letio enough!!!!

From start to finish, Letio have been a great help, especially as this was my first time renting my property. Communication was excellent, the marketing was very appealing and I got my flat let within a few days. They’re also good value for money, especially in comparison to some of the larger chains. Would certainly recommend.

It's our first time renting our flat but Mark has been very transparent and reassuring through the process.

Mark and his team were super efficient and very good to work with. Their fees are reasonable and fair, in my opinion, unlike many other letting agents. They found a tenant within 3 days of the exit of the previous ones, which was outstanding. All the paperwork was handled swiftly and the whole experience was pretty stress free. I would definitely recommend Letio.

I'm renting my property out with Letio and so far I don't have any complaints. Mark has been really attentive and communicative throughout the letting process, from finding a tenant to constantly keeping me updated.
Others in the team like Thanushan have also been reachable and really helpful. Their communication has really been flawless.
Their pricing is also unbeatable compared to any other estate agent, and that's while also providing a better service than I've ever received from a standard brick and mortar agency. They have organised any services that need doing, like electricians without any hassle at all.
They also keep me updated every month with reports with any service fees, rent collected etc.

Mark and his team have been brilliant throughout the entire letting process. From the moment Mark first viewed and valued the property to the tenants moving in, he has been incredibly attentive—always quick to answer my calls, respond to messages, and keep me updated at every stage - I’ve really appreciated how proactive he’s been.

The property was let really fast, and everything went smoothly. It’s clear he knows the market well and genuinely cares about delivering a great experience.

Shoutout also to Zoubida and Nith for helping to organise get all the certificates sorted and managing the property for the tenants and looking after their issues/queries. The tenants have just moved in, and the whole process has been stress-free from start to finish.

I spoke to several other agents but Tabrez was the most helpful and clear with regards to the process and costs of a potential let. We discussed and discussed the market in the relevant area and he gave me lots of valuable advice without any pressure to take things further. The no hidden fees aspect is not one you often find with agents. i will be following up when the time is right .
