Worst experience ever
I requested a zofran prescription at 12am and its past 1:00 pm and I've heard nothing back. Theres nothing fast about this place. It's advertised that a zofran prescription is fast and easy with a zofran prescription approved and sent within 1-2 hours but clearly that's not the case. It's frustrating and extremely disappointing. They have you pay before a doctor even reviews your request and your left waiting hours and hours with nothing, even waited 7 hours just to get a response back from a message I sent. I will never go through WISP again.

I got prescribed the wrong antibiotic…
I got prescribed the wrong antibiotic and I am completely annoyed by this. This website is a scam and they just want your money. Just save your money and go to urgent care where they have people that are actually seeing you in person that can prescribe the appropriate medication that you need. I filled out all of the questionnaires and sent in lab results confirming a ureaplasma overgrowth and the doctor prescribed an antibiotic for UTI. Just giving out antibiotics like it’s candy is NOT ok.

i’m sorry but i have to be honest . while everyone was kind in their responses.. serious lack of communication. i told the support person and provider twice i had to have a certain bc pill / wrong one was still called in. had to wait awhile too to have a response the first time . luckily i got the right one . i hate also having to repeat the same info time and again … shouldn’t have to i’m an established client . overall everyone is kind though.

I really like this service

Watch out for the bait and switch
My experience was related to the birth control pill. Fairly standard stuff, there are numerous online providers. I used Wisp, because I thought the medication was included in the cost. They do a good job promoting "No hidden fees" and "Free delivery". They made it sound like it was an option to have it sent to a pharmacy. Needless to say, my basic birth control pill was not included in the price. I have a feeling this happens more often that not. Then, the prescription they sent was not covered by my insurance, because the prescribing doctor was not covered by my insurance. Waste of time and money.
On a side note, most birth control prescriptions are for a full year. If the medication isn't included in the cost, why would I pay Wisp $30 every 3 months, to write a new prescription?
