Fast,reliable site!! Women r very kind and understanding,so nice not to hav to physicaly go to doctor,especialy when u already know wats wrong. Iv orderd meds from them numerous times through out the years!!

Quick response and easy to use

I was contacted by Victoria and Jimmy from the Patient Success team. They were very patient and helpful during my time of stress while trying to get my medication as soon as possible. I had issues with the pharmacy and got conflicting texts from Wisp and the pharmacy. Wisp was very helpful and grateful for their guidance.

I was out of town when I realized that I was getting a UTI. I didn't have access to my normal PCP but needed to get my meds quickly. I saw an add for Wisp on Facebook and decided to give it a try. The whole signing up process was super simple and easy. I was able to write out my symptoms and usual antibiotics that work for me to the doctor and within the hour they had my meds ready to send to the pharmacy. It was extremely convenient for me and saved me an expensive trip to the ER because all of the Urgent Cares in town were closed for Easter.

It was a quick and easy process to fill out the questionnaire and request medication. I also appreciated that there is the option to pickup from my preferred pharmacy.

The pill did what it was supposed to do but my hormones were off the chart. The hair on my face grew rapid! My joint pains were horrible. And everything else that comes with bad PMSing.

I never tried the antibiotic they prescribed I usually do amoxicillin. It did not work for me now I can’t get treatment that I know works

Great company all in all. I’ve been a customer with wisp for about 3-4 years now and I’ve never had any issues with pricing, medication, tests etc. A literal doctor visits just a click away. As a woman I don’t feel uncomfortable talking about anything as I do within in-person clinics and I am met with valuable information and support from my care team. I have recommended wisp to so many of my family members and friends as it really is a great company. I ordered medication for a recent issue and was able to pick up the prescription the next day. It’s always been a smooth and easy transition whenever I needed anything on the spot with wisp. I will continue coming back!

The OMG cream is…Oh MY gosh! Something I want to keep secret so they don’t run out, but this is truly a topic worth discussing! based on my research on reddit perimenopause I was interested in estradiol patches and progesterone. did the online medical questionnaire and didn't have to have a video call. prescriptions called in later that day and I picked them up 2 days later, feeling better already. I appreciate that no video call was required because of being autism-spectrum, small talk and showing up for a video call can be exhausting, I was glad I could just enter my information and get care through answering questions in a survey/questionnaire medical form.

I ordered the generic Yaz birth control and was sent Jasmiel, I thought it was strange that Wisp wouldn’t give customers the information on what birth control they would actually be receiving, but I shrugged it off and took the medication. My second refill just arrived, and it’s an entirely different brand, this one doesn’t even have a medication name. It seems like Wisp just randomly switched what I was taking to a cheaper version for their benefit. Emailed customer support and they basically said “yup, that’s right!” This company is sketchy and unreliable, I would advise against using their services.

Used for year supply of medication when I lost insurance and they refused to contact the pharmacy who was only dispensing 90 day supply even tho I told them I live overseas and only visit twice per year for my healthcare. Didn’t refund me either

Making birth control easy to assess to truly so appreciated. The care options wisp has for women that are not only convenient but effective and affordable is wonderful. Thank yall for helping women ❤️
