Public Warning about Hellspin Casino
If you are considering playing at Hellspin Casino, please be very cautious.
Based on my personal experience, Hellspin operates unfairly and does not honor legitimate winnings. Despite following all their rules, I had my withdrawal of €850 unfairly withheld without clear justification. Their customer support only gave vague excuses and referred to their own terms and conditions, which they themselves violate.
Many players are pressured or intimidated into silence, but I believe transparency is crucial. Do not risk your money on this platform without thoroughly considering the risks. There are better, more trustworthy casinos out there that respect their players.
Stay safe and always do your research before committing your funds.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Maja. We would like to clarify the circumstances regarding your withdrawal and account review.
After reviewing your gameplay activity, we confirmed that the winnings in question were voided due to a breach of the maximum bet rule while an active bonus was being used. As outlined in our Bonus Terms & Conditions, exceeding the permitted betting limit during bonus play may result in winnings connected to the promotion being forfeited.
We strongly reject the suggestion that winnings are withheld arbitrarily or that players are treated unfairly. Bonus rules and promotional conditions are applied consistently to all users in order to maintain fair gameplay standards across the platform.
We understand that situations involving bonus restrictions can sometimes feel frustrating, especially when expectations differ from promotional requirements, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your opinion.
Thank you for your feedback.

This is definitely a fraudulent casino
This is definitely a fraudulent casino. These fraudsters are not very smart, they have 2 active URLS - hellspin222 and hellwinz. If you log in through one of the links, you will be logged in to the other as well, but there's a big difference between the two links:
Hellspin222 - The license is nowhere to be seen, the logo on the top left is "HellSpin", and there are more promotions
Hellwinz - The license is there, the logo on the top left is "Hellwinz", and half of the promotions are missing
Also, if you have an active bonus, it is playable through both links; however, if you open a conversation through LiveChat, it is not accessible through both links.

Stefan, thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation regarding the domains you mentioned.
The websites referenced in your review are related platforms operating under different regional configurations and branding setups. This is why certain elements such as promotions, interface details, licensing information visibility, and support integrations may differ depending on the domain and jurisdiction.
Because the platforms are technically connected, account access and active bonuses may function across linked environments. However, some features — such as specific promotional offers or live chat sessions — may remain domain-specific due to regional settings and operational differences.
We strongly reject the claim that this represents fraudulent activity. Our platforms operate according to their applicable regulatory and operational frameworks, and differences between regional domains do not affect the security of player accounts or balances.
We appreciate your feedback and understand that the differences between domains may have caused confusion. Our support team remains available should you require any further clarification.

I deactivated my account permanently a long time ago. I re-registered and verified my account. I made a profit of €2500 and when I wanted to withdraw my money, they closed my account and canceled all the winnings. They say it's a double bill and I don't have another bill with them. They canceled all the winnings and my money and closed the account. Big fraudsters, when you pay and lose, everything is fine, but when you win, they close your account. They don't even want my payment back.

Don’t bother for the no deposit free spins
Totally well working casino, but “no deposit free spins” are very much a joke. Won 16€ with free spins, 640€ would be needed to wager. I happened to won lot of money, but bonus winning limit was 50€ so balance went down to it. Nice tho, 50€ win.
Oh wait, you need to deposit in order to withdraw the money. Needless to say, I won’t.
Obviously this all is in the rules so I cannot complain, but just another casino avoiding to give wins customers as much as they can. You have better options, I’d suggest to stay away.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Vv. We’re sorry to hear that the no deposit free spins didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when bonus terms feel restrictive, and we truly appreciate you pointing that out.
While the bonus terms are outlined in the rules, we always strive to be transparent about them, and your feedback will help us to improve the experience for future players. We’re also sorry that the process of withdrawing didn’t meet your expectations this time.
We hope that despite this experience, you’ll give us another chance in the future. Thank you again for your honest review.

Stay away from this site at all costs!
Have deposited $10,000+ into this site. Never once have been able to withdraw. Everytime I go to withdraw they give me reasons why I can't withdraw. I even wagered enough to get a VIP manager - still unable to withdraw. I won $2000+ and requested a withdrawal. They decided to subtract my winnings because my details were incorrect. I've now asked for them to delete my account and it seems impossible for them to do so. I've logged multiple and multiple requests to do so and I get the same response "can you please provide why you're wanting to delete your account?" Clowns, I swear. Stay away from this site at all costs. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere that provides fair gaming.

Eh it's ok
They pay out after everything is submitted.
I usually stay away from sites like that, they'll take your money instantly but require ID to withdraw anything.
Won a decent amount but seems like they monitor how much you've won, since I've stopped winning anything and just kept getting drained. Lost 500 in about 30ish mins isn't my idea of fun.
