I requested a payout, but I didn't receive it. They say it was credited to the player's account. But it didn't happen, it's not listed anywhere. I don't recommend it, it's not fair.

Stick To Slots...
Tried out some bets on TonyBet’s sports section through HellSpin. Odds were okay, but the live betting interface was kinda clunky. Def sticking to slots and live casino here. Sports betting needs some work.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the verification process may have felt frustrating, and we would like to clarify the situation regarding your account review.
During the verification process, additional payment confirmation documents were requested in order to complete the standard security checks related to your account and withdrawal activity. After further communication and review, you were informed by our team that no additional documents were required from your side for the verification process.
We would also like to strongly reject the claim that deposits or winnings were “stolen” or that the platform operates unfairly. Verification procedures are a standard part of security and compliance measures designed to protect both players and the platform.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and feedback.

They don't honour their promotions
I rarely play on this site anymore. I went back on and claimed a couple of promotion bonuses, that was fine. Went in the next day to claim an available promotion, deposited my money and they declined awarding me the bonus stating I had claimed too many bonuses recently. If a promotion is advertised and is valid at the time they have to honour it. I play on other sites and cam claim as many bonuses that are active at the time. Disgraceful.

I don't know what people who are complaining about this place have done wrong but there must be something because first time I played within 20 mins I cashed out, little hassle verifying docs but most casinos make it a but difficult at least. But after being verified I got paid all within 24 hours of my first game. Have cashed out 2 times now and 0 complaints

Approved until Withdrawal
I created an Account , I uploaded correct verification documents and payment methods and all.where acknowledged, approved and verification was done instantly.
I had a big win and this would have been my first withdrawal with hellspin and have been playing a very long time. My withdrawal got knocked back numerous for no reason other than they wanted to know with one of cards used to make majority of deposits sighted by them and approved as a payment verification method who it was and it was then further advised that it is not problem and we can now allow withdrawal (ALL WAS IN MY ACCOUNT IN MY NAME WITH THE SAME BANK CARD ATTCHED TO IT.. Woke in the morning to find that account had been closed and was advised that I know had Ivioleted 3 party payment method ""card ""mentioned above and no one stopped any deposits at all still allowed me
to deposit from it until I wanted to actually withdraw my first ever win and my account shut and still trying to get my withdrawal. I would never recommend anyone playing this site absolutely going to.win one way..I have been told by my bank it is classed as theft and fraud 😤😤

Very rare to win on this site
Very rare to win on this site, but if you win you will get your money at least
Not the best and not the worst casino
I would say give it try maximum with $100 nothing more but don't deposit that $100 at once try to make it 2 or 3 times and don't take any bonus with it
Like i said rare to win but they pay
I won on $1 bet $2600 and they paid it

Absolutely no care no trust
Absolutely no care no trust. Total waste of money and time.
Not helpful not honest not caring and you will throw thousands at the company and get nothing back from the experience. This is a highly sophisticated psychometrical mentally directed approach to brain wash get you in a trance and repeatedly drain you of all your financials. You are not safe here and you will be prayed upon.
