Betway has locked my account for some technical reasons of theirs.please give timelines when you will resolve issues. it will help betway build customer confidence .appreciate if timelines are given when replying to customer mails. it's very difficult to contact betway agent always it goes to robots.

This app is banned everywhere in bigger countries like usa,canada,most of european countries

But in India this is running..They never revert to support question and no customer care option

You mails will be left with no replies and boom your account will be closed…

these people from betway don't give us any details, I need to know whom I can talk to about my withdrawals who is not rude and don't know what else they can say as they give some random excuses as just get out of the chat

It's been 5 months and u guys still not refunded my money I am filing police complain with a copy of your email that aur team is working on it which is asked my bank to file complain against merchant betway is worst company for betting they just take money and if not credited just give crap reasons that our banking team is working on it and in 4 months they don't have any feedback from there payments team 4 long months and such a pathetic service from such a big company and after this review also they will send a reply that we are working on it with no result . Fraud fraud fraud

I personally have not had the same bad experience with Betway as many others seem to have had. I wrote to their Customer Service before my first deposit to make sure that my account was verified. They were very helpful and confirmed that it was. I therefore have not had any issues with withdrawing money.

I am giving four stars instead of five for two reasons:

1. The site is somewhat less user friendly than the sites of many of its competitors. It could do with an overhaul.
2. My withdrawal was pending for approx. 24hrs, which I found a bit unnecessary given that my deposit was immediate.

Still, overall I am very happy with my experience with Betway.

Its a cheater website. My funds went missing 4 months ago user mkapil445, i logged a complaint with them they locked my account. Since then, they r sending me same reply that they are awaiting feedback from the payment processor. Their service is worst in industry. #cheaterbetway

If you lose you can play but when you win big amount like 30000 or 50000 INR they will never give you the money and your account will be suspended when you will ask them then the answer is your account is under review and after sometime they will tell you the company management decided that your account has been closed indefinitely by our operation team and your account balance had been forfeited. I have all the proof of this fraud.

I had a withdrawal of INR 1500 from 5 month s but no proper response status show that they have released your funds but you do not receive...
Very difficult to reach customer care.. I suggest not to go for this site

I made few withdrawls on 25th & 26th of Dec.21, total of 120000/- ....on 26they have shown paid in my transaction history...... Fron 3rd of Jan i started chatting with their online agents ...everytime i got excuses....initially they keep on saying , they have paid it in my bank account and asked me to share my account statement....immediately i emailed my bank statement to support @betway.com , i again contacted them via chat then they start saying , that funds has been paid to my astropay account instead of my bank account ..... and told me to consult astropay......They are really fuauds .... & we should stay away from betway.....You can imagine they donot have any contact no. , no customer support , nothing inly online chat we can communicate with them....Really frauds

I had withdrawn on 4th December till now I had not got my withdrawal ... Even I had sent astropay account statement 3 times telling we had paid on 4 th December. Please send me the astropay statement we will contact payment team every time same statement I am getting they are not at all doing anything... Again I need to contact customer care need to tell from beginning every day same thing..

My withdrawal of 4728/- was made on 14th of November
Till 18th i checked it was not in my account i contact betway agent the reply was due to some error it was repaid on 18th again and it will reflect in your account til 26-29th of November but still today in 1st December that amount is not in my account but the withdrawal which was made on 28th of November ie 1093/- that reflected in my account, now again i had chat with betway agent agian so called “Megan” gave me the same excuse the due to some error it is redone kn 29th of November it will be paid till 8th of December i want to know why my 1093/- amount didn’t face any error why only amount 4728/- facing problem 2-3times, The agents dont have any reason on this as they only say may i assist you anything else ,My account is updated from your side i am getting the other withdrawl of 1093/- on time but why error with this amount 4728/- if there was error then my 1093/- would also have been error
So i want to know what erroe only that amount is facing that also Thrice?

Hello to all the victims of betway scams.

Im calling out to all , lets stick together and report them to the gaming commision . We have to stop this maddess , make them lost their gaming licence .
Leave ur name , contact , the total amount lost by betway scam . I will make a statememt and sent it to the gaming comission.

Huge scam, I switched over to other companies because I couldn't deal with waiting months and months to get no way trying to withdraw

To be honest they are doing big scam I sent multiple email & spoken with there agent to Nicloe who blocked my account for next 6 month.

15 days back I won the money which was credited with in 24 hours then on 30th I won the money but I still did not recieve yet s I just started to chat with agent Nicole & she informed you need to wait till monday.

I informed I required very urgent I don't have money she told you will get on Monday & she freezed account for 6 month.

Is this is the way to behave when we make deposit @ that moment also you need to ask it's for entertainment purpose so you use this word so I have blocked.

If you can check 10 days before u have given 5 star which was going good suddenly when I won yesterday & day before yesterday you guys blocked my account.

You people are doing scam is there any one who can help me out here I tried to contact through email through telegram no response from your end.

Alright, this is my fifth review and now they completely it ceased my account. I don't know but if I would ever meet betway team, I would kick them in their face. Guys Please help me to ban this company. Boycott betway.

You must have heard the name of Betway through various advertisements and you may have also created an account. A lot of people would also be playing with Betway, for them I would like to give a suggestion based on my experience.

Username in my Betway Account :- sdpatel91 and I am using Betway's service for about 8 months. I have lost about 22 lakh Indian Rupees ( $30,000 USD ) in betway, I have deposited money more than 60 times and withdrew only 1-2 times.

Now let me tell you their service, I had deposited 50,000 on 2nd March 2021 which was not a successful transaction according to Betway But the money was debited in my bank account. When I checked Betway Account, credit was not showing in it. I immediately chatted Betway, then they told that your money will be returned in the same account from which you deposited in 7-14 working days. I thought that if the company has a policy, then what can be done in it .

Later I deposited 2-3 times in Betway and lost the money. Now the period of 14 working days was about to be completed. I used to open Betway Account Daily that the bonus came or not to check it. One day when I opened the account in the morning, I saw that my 50,000 which was not a successful transaction according to Betway, it has become successful today. Wow what a miracle happened. When he would have checked his balance sheet then he would have seen my 50,000 which he should have sent to my bank account but he credited to my betway account.

They wanted that by returning my 50,000 back to the bank, it is better to give it to the Betway account itself because you can withdraw the deposited amount only when you wagered some amount. There is a possibility of loss of some amount in that itself. And it happened that I also lost 50,000 in Betway casino.

Now yesterday on 16th September, exactly the same thing happened to me as it happened before, so I spoke to the agent from Betway Chat Line and he told that your 30,000 rupees is in the process and from 24-48 hours your Betway Account Credit will be done. I thought let’s talk today what happened and how much time will it take to process.

The agent told that the deposit was not successful, so you will have to wait for 7-14 days. I said that ok give me an assurance that you will credit my money back to me in the bank itself. So he told that I cannot give assurance. I said that do one thing, let me to talk to your manager, On being asked many times, the agent gave me the email address of Betway to support, which I had contacted and that address has already been tied for a long time, that means the Chat Agent did not want me to talk to the manager, that's why So he gave a tied email address. then he said yes, now we give you assurance that your money will be returned to your bank only. But how can I trust the one who says in a moment that I cannot give assurance in another moment, I give assurance that your money will go to your bank account only.

There is neither an e-mail address nor any phone number, you can talk in the chat line but they do not listen and do not want to answer. Withdrawal of your winning money is a far away , you will not be able to get your deposited money back if they don’t want to give you .

Think Twice Before Use of Betway .

Whoa they banned me just because I take a break and make me secure and my family so I win a bit and they can't take it. (I thought they were great when I joined but tossers). When u win they hold it. This company should be bloody consolidated and like all them payday loan companies. Honesty isn't their policy we all were hit hard by covid I work for NHS for god sake but I'm honest unlike Betway should call them getaway there the worst. And they lie they won't be around for too much longer they have made their money

betway is a bad way for winners
It is astonishing that this company is allowed to operate in such an intransparent and dubious way in Germany, actually in principle or in every country. The biggest trap with this company is the "bonus trap". In the event of a win, this turns out to be a kind of "gagging contract", at least that would have to be legally examined. We bet € 100.00 on Italy winning the European Championship 1:8. We were told that if Italy won, we would win € 800.00 minus € 40.00 betting tax (?), i.e. € 760.00, and would be paid out. There was no indication that we would be forced to accept the bonus. We only noticed this when we wanted to have the winnings paid out. All of a sudden it was only € 540.00 that they wanted to pay out to us...? So who granted who a "bonus" here? But even when we grudgingly ordered the payout online and were told that the payout had been successful, the money did not end up in our account. Not until today! That is insufficient!
Our tip: Every bookmaker on the corner works more transparently and seriously than this company. By the way: It is not that difficult to sue in UK/Malta!!! Go: UKGC (United Kingdom)/ MGA (Malta)

The injured party created an account at betway under her surname "fellenberg" (user).
She and 3 other friends of hers (1 journalist, 1 lawyer, 1 museum scientist (UWE)), full of anticipation for the final match of the European Championship, placed a bet with betway and bet on Italy as the winner of the European Championship for EUR 100.00 at odds of 1:8. As already described above, it was indicated that in case of victory EUR 800.00 minus EUR 40.00 (betting tax?), i.e. EUR 760.00, would be won and paid out! (Screenshot). When the winnings were to be booked to Ms. Fellenberg's account, a payout amount of EUR 540.00 (??) suddenly appeared. Where did it say that she was forced to accept a bonus??? Ms Fellenberg triggered the payout by clicking on the necessary button to credit the amount to her account and the confirmation "Payout successful" appeared. (Screenshot). However, the money has not yet been credited to her account. Her account at betway was blocked, with the advice to contact "support". They asked her for proof of identity (copy of ID, passport, invoice, etc.). Ms Fellenberg has already complied with this request by making 5 telephone calls to this so-called "support team" and has already sent the requested proof of identity to betway twice (e-mail proof). Result: Still no money in the account!!! So I/we suggest you stop sending your standard emails with the announcement "to solve the problem" and pay Ms. Fellenberg and all her other customers who have complained about her business behaviour not only on the web and that's it. Or do Mr Johnson and his colleagues have no honour left in their bodies? As the saying goes: betting debts are debts of honour! Anyway, please note that especially the journalist as well as the lawyer in our circle, but also I, are not prepared to accept this dubious behaviour. We will support Mrs. Fellenberg in any case with her justified claim to her "company"!!! Best regards to Gibraltar....!...or wherever!?
