Zero. Cleaner arrived and was shown where everything he needed was. He walked out after 10 minutes with no communication whatsoever. Contacted customer service who were no help at all, ironically. They told me they are not responsible for the cleaners or their actions. So beware. Could be anyone entering your house.

Janine came after slight timing issue, but informed me of the delay which was perfectly fine. Done a really good too. Elderly mother was quite comfortable and happy with her in the house as I was in work

We used helpling for the first time yesterday. The cleaner showed 15 minutes late as she was lost which we were very understanding about. We showed her the kitchen and all the cleaning products we had. She worked for an hour and a half in the kitchen and then left without saying anything (and when we looked at the kitchen after it did not appear as if it had been cleaned for an hour and a half). Instead of asking where the bins were she threw a sponge away in the kitchen counter compost bin. We checked in on her twice to see if everything was going OK or if she needed anything and when we contacted customer service she told them that she left because we had shouted at her which was a lie and also told them that she got there on time which was also a lie even if she was only late because she was lost she was still late.

If I could give this Company -5 stars, I would! Booked a cleaner who came to my house, she was friendly but could not speak a word of English and tried to communicate with me through a translation app. I booked her for 2.5 hours and I have a small 3 bedroom terraced house. She only managed to clean the kitchen and the living room and half the hall in that time. She yanked up the blinds on my back door and broke one of them. She had already left before I noticed the damage. I contacted the Customer service team immediately, logged a case on their app and also sent chat messages. They came back to say that they only deal with claims above €500 and that all the cleaners are self-employed (not by them) and that I would need to pursue the cleaner herself! I have no contact details for the cleaner as it’s all booked through the Helpling app. Stay well clear of these people as they charge full price for half a job and then run a mile when there’s damage caused to your property!

Gabriella cleaned to a very high standard. She was punctual, very friendly and excellent at what she does.

My elderly parents booked a cleaner for specific dates/frequency. The cleaner didn’t show up the first week, was late the next booking and showed up unexpectedly the next week on an unplanned date. My father sent multiple emails to support and got no answer. The cleaner had no English which is fine but there was no way for them to communicate what jobs needed to be done. I would have expected the agency could take and give direction in advance for this use case - for example my mum pointed out the bed sheets as they had visitors coming and the cleaner didn’t make the beds or do anything in the bedrooms. She spent 3 hours each time only working on bathrooms. After the first visit I went to the house and found the kitchen filthy. It’s a small house for 3 hours of incomplete cleaning overall. I’m helping my father to cancel this service - and amazed support don’t respond.

Really easy to book. Rocio was an absolute pleasure to have in the house and did a fantastic job, I’d highly recommend.

Thought it was going to be a very good service - unfortunately was mistaken - the cleaner was 45 minutes late and didn't do a good job (left vacuum, mop etc out), was very slow - 2.5 hours for a 1 bedroom flat that gets cleaned weekly... no oven or deep cleaning either. Anyways - cancelled and then they went and charged my card (without my authority). When I cancelled there was an option to select another cleaner, I chose against this as my initial few choices weren't available, or it actually goes whoever accepts it first gets it.. not really a 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice. Customer service is really awful, I'm sure they'll respond quoting the emails they've sent me but would highly recommend not using the platform.

Quality for the cleaner was really poor, didn’t know the basics and was very inefficient and poor quality — half arsed in all tasks. Wouldn’t recommend.

There is good communication from the company about my bookings and payments. The cleaners I have booked have been very diligent and excellent representatives of the product Helpling is selling. I was clear on my expectations which I believe helped.
