The most horrible fabric and clothes. Nothing like the images. Would never recommend this store.

It took awhile to get it. Love the top however it is too small. I will need a large. How can I exchange it. Please advise.

Beware this company!!!
I ordered 3 blouses in my size and they took forever to get here. When they finally arrived weeks later I tried them on and they just don’t fit well. One is snug around the middle and looks awful-a bad style for me. The white pirate-y one is super long and awkward. And the last one is super short on my torso ala Brittney Spears. Just awful fit and the fabric is cheap as well. The tailoring is 6th grade home ec quality.
It’s definitely not something I would ever wear. I tried emailing them a dozen times and even included pictures (because they asked). The only response I ever got from them is “Hello, We are sorry that our clothes don't meet your expectation. But we do not accept returns for size and fit problems. If our products have quality problems, we will accept the return request. Please allow a little color and size difference, it is inevitable. There is size guide in our website ,you can measure the clothes and sent some pics to us.Thank you for your understanding.”
That’s plain unacceptable!! Who the heck has this type of return policy in the 21st century??? Apparently these people do.
I am considering the almost $90 I paid for these a donation to Goodwill. Seriously, stay away from this seriously unscrupulous company!!

WARNING- Do not get SCAMMED purchasing here. Garments are extremely low quality cheap fabrics that do not match websites images or descriptions. My 3 items were described as cotton blend but were all polyester with no tags inside. They CLAIM 100% customer satisfaction but REFUSE REFUNDS. It took 18 emails to an agreed refund and they asked items to be returned to an address in Dubai! I eventually made a claim through PayPal and got a refund and returned the goods to China. Please don't get caught. WORST online shopping experience of my life.

Piece of crap con. Nothing like pictured or described. Major fail. They deleted my review when I tried to warn people. Wouldn’t let write a review when I said I was “unhappy”. Had to write that I was ‘happy’ in order to write this. Perfect example of what this world has come to, zero accountability or recourse for taking people’s $.

Shirt is not as expected too small. YOU REFUSE TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN IT. Only offer me 12$ for 43$ shirt!!

I wish the fabric would have had more of a cotton blend. But colors are vivid as pictured

The quality of the clothing is cheap. They use crappy material that probably cost them $0.50. The sizing is off also. They will not allow refunds. Do not shop with this company! Big waste of money!!

The shipping and process was fine however the dresses were very poorly made. Also, they have no room for breasts. I donated them to the Goodwill.

My order came in about a month, which I expected. The dresses I ordered looked great, 1 was a bit small in the top for a medium and I dont have a large chest. Overall, good experience and will purchase again.

I loved my purchase. The lounge wear and pjs are sooooo pretty, great quality and so comfy! Definitely going to buy again

I’m very disappointed with the product. I knew I was taking a chance on the quality/feel of the material and would accept that as a normal risk however the color of the top was completely off. I received a dusty rose colored top vs. a pretty and brighter cool pink shade. The color image provided was not even close to what I received. In addition, the top fabric has a nap/texture (direction) and the back two panels were sewn opposite naps so it appears like they are two different dye lots. The fabric is a lightweight fleece style so there are no hems - just raw cut edges. It's incredibly poor quality but also poorly represented on line. I would not purchase again. Buyer beware!

I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I purchase 3 tops from them. Paid $150 Canadian and received garbage tops. The tops are sized small, made of poor quality material that will fall apart when washed, thin polyester material and definitely not what it looks like on the website. Looking for a return and getting a hassle from them. Do you homework before ordering from anyone. I have learnt my lesson.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! Absolute scam! The clothing doesn’t look anything like the photos. Rubbish fabric! They’ve also stolen photos from other sites. I’ve reported them to Facebook advertising but they’ve done nothing about it.

SCAM! I HAVE EXPLAINED HOW TO REPORT THEM BELOW.

Fabric is polyester, I’m a fabric technician and have been arguing with them to change all their ‘cotton-blend, rayon’ fabric content listings to the disgusting parachute polyester that you will receive – if you receive your item by the sounds of others reviews.

Their ‘customer service’ is a joke, offering me $15 to keep my $77 item, and then upping it to $23 saying it is ‘compensation.’

I have reported their page on facebook and urge you all to do the same as they do Facebook paid advertising. They need to be stopped. I also urge you to report to your bank and ask for a chargeback. If a merchant gets sufficient chargebacks their accounts generally get frozen.

Also Hemphil won’t post my 1-star review of my product on their page either.
