Absolute rubbish. Wanted a refund, they asked for photos. I sent them, they offered $8 compensation. After back and forth emails they kept haggling $8, $25, $20 & $25. I informed them I had reported them to the federal fraud website, they sent another email saying if you insist on returning we will not pay freight and to send it to Dubai !!!! There are several sites with all the same bio. They say they are based in Uk, but clothes made in Singapore. I didn’t send them back as I doubt I am going to get compensation. The material is horrible and looks nothing like the material that is in the photos. After paying $110.60 ( Australian), I am really annoyed that this site is still allowed to be active.

After purchasing three items ($103.00AU), which took three weeks, were to small and looked like cotton in the pictures, but were polyester and of poor quality.

No exchange and when I requested a refund, I received this email:

Dear customer:
Sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. We only accept refund for clothes quality problems, such as holes, damages.

Poor after sales service and clearly one of those sites set up to take your money and keep it regardless.

Well I see after reading everbody elses reviews that a refund will not be in the cards. This clothing is like parachute material. Can't wear it..... maybe I can sew it together and take it on my next plane ride. Who emails back asking to see the fit anyways? Not going for it. Can't they be reported or removed from facebook advertising?

The clothing is made from cheap nasty material, no labels attached, refund policy is terrible, the items are not true to size. TERRIBLE CLOTHING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>

Please do not purchase any clothes from Hemphil. The clothes are awful quality. I ordered a size up and they are all incredibly tight on me. Some shirts don't show a collar on the site but they have a collar when they arrived. They are horrible. I asked for a refund and sent my photos which showed they are different from the ones on the site and they refuse to refund me. Awful- do not purchase!

Three dresses - all unwearable. Material cheap shiny polyester - you would not even wear it as nightwear. No hems on any of the dresses. Patterns look nothing like pictures. Five emails back and forwards with customer service where they increased the offered refund by $2 each time - total refund offered was less than 1/6 of purchase price. Cost to post back - as I continued ro demand to return for full refund - when they eventually provided address was exorbitant (almost half purchase price) as they are located in UAE and I had no faith I would be refunded. Do not buy from this company.

Please evryone beware if you could go to econsumer.gov and lodge a case as this company needs to be made accountable. I'm in Australia and I've had the same terrible experience I've spent $120 on clothing that looks like it was made from a kids pattern from the back of a cereal box in the most horrid material ill-fitting and downright disgusting. They have taken the pictures for the dresses I bought from another website. Please lodge a complaint we need to bring these scammers to justice. The emails are "so sorry we cant refund because the colour and material are different" ??? Buyer beware

Terrible customer service. No tags/care instructions on clothes. Don't take any responsibility for incorrect items insisting it's what you have ordered when the actual design is completely different. They remove comments on Facebook querying anything. Facebook should remove them as they are not a professional or legitimate company.

Wish I could give no stars,ordered 3 shirts the material is polyester and looks like it was made by a child. Doesn't look anything like the pics and the shape and style was awful. Will never buy from them again as should
no-one else. Scam,scam,scam Save your money

Colour is nothing like the picture and the material is awful really awful. There is no return information in the package so it looks like I’m stuck with it

BEWARE - this site is a scam, the clothes are synthetic polyester material, not 'cotton-blend', sizing and colours are not as pictured and they do NOT honor their return policy, there is NO return policy so you are stuck with their horrible product. They shipped from Canada but said I had to return to Dubai for refund, and that was after 10 emails. Do yourself a favor and shop local.

can i give it less than 1 star? after purchasing three shirts, one I like, the other two are disgusting. taking three days to email back and forth...they offered me $10 i said no, purchase was $65....then they offered me max $22 refund....again I said no, they said fine, shipping to dubai is expensive.... BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER THEIR POOR QUILITY PRODUCTS. Their customer service (which states on website it accepts returns) is even worse!!!

Can you give a negative review? Wish I could give it! Total scam, material is nasty, synthetic and poor stitching! One of the shirts looks NOTHING like the photo! Save your $ and headaches! They will not accept returns!

If it were possible to rate less than 1 star, I would. I made a comment on their Facebook posts and have since been blocked. I stupidly purchased because the pricing and clothing looked almost too good to be true. It was. I placed an order for 3 items. What arrived isn’t even good enough to use as cleaning rags. They do not remotely resemble what has been advertised. The sizing is HUGE. There are no care instructions or labels detailing composition of fabric. The clothing is not wearable, the fabric is awful, it is so sheer and the quality is atrocious. I made contact and their response is rather condescending. There will be no refund unless the garment is faulty (garments not fit for wear apparently doesn’t satisfy that criteria). Please save your money. DO NOT BUY from these scums.

At least some people received clothing when they ordered clothing. I ordered the leopard print dress and received a cheap, horrible leopard print dog bed!!! Have emailed and sent messages and no reply. Waste of $76.00. BUYER BEWARE!!

Please be careful when ordering. I ordered three large shirts because I read on their reviews that they run small and order up a size. I waited a few weeks for the shirts and I was very disappointed with the quality of the shirts. The large shirts were huge and the material is just odd! I emailed the company for a refund code as requested on their website. They are not providing me with one and asking for me to send a picture of the shirts which I did. This is the last email I received from them.

We have checked your pics and don't find any quality problems. We only accept the return and make the refund for quality problem(for example:holes,satins,missing accessories, etc.), please allow a little difference in size and color.

I wish I had done my research just like other reviewers. I spent 76 dollars on two tops. They took forever to get to me and when I opened the package, I was horrified. The tops not only did not resemble the pictures, but they were horrible polyester quality. I contacted customer service and after a couple of weeks they got back to me telling me that they essentially don't accept returns unless the product is damaged and were asking for photographs to see the damage. There was no damage, other than that to my bank account. I threw them in the trash because the quality was so bad, I would not even donate them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Buyer beware. This is a fraudulent company. I ordered items from them two months ago. I have not received the items, even though they claim to have sent them. I have requested a refund from them three times, and I have received no response from the company.
