The items ordered were not as…described

The items ordered were not as described. They are NOT mad of linen, but cheap, nasty semi transparent polyester! There is not the volume in the trousers I would have expected, from the picture. They are also incredibly short! There is a serious and obvious flaw in the stitching of the pleating at one side of the front. Bitterly disappointed.

Horrible cheap outfit from Hendook.com

I bought, what looked like, a beautiful summer two-piece for £52.99 (advertised at 60% off) after having searched for bad reviews of Hendook.com. I am always very careful and the company 'appeared' to be legitimate. When I received only a confirmation I began to get suspicious. Then suddenly, I started seeing other similar companies all offering the same outfit - all much cheaper. My algorithms were clearly set. I knew, at this point, that when the outfit arrived, it would be horrible. And, as suspected, it was. Its still being advertised - masquerading as a cotton/linen blend. In reality, it's 95% polyester, extremely poor quality and this company Hendook.com is clearly operating from a Chinese warehouse. They pretend they're in Europe. On the plus side, they HAVE returned my payment - which I was pleasantly surprised by and grateful to receive. They honoured their 30 day guarantee. Interestingly enough, however, they didn't want me to return the outfit, which leads me to believe it happens often, and that the quality is so poor, losing one doesn't matter to them. I'd already challenged them about selling Chinese sweatshop clothing. I'll never buy on-line through a FB ad again. The quality is almost always awful. Buyer beware.
