Delivery in well protected parcels, qick and easy. Questions were friendly answered on the phone. Puchase of textile via internet is risky becaus one has no chance to toutch the material and to check the quality of production. Bitter taste of low quality of frack troueses was more intense that sweetness of low price.

I bought an evening tail coat (Frack) . the first one die not suit well, so I have to send it back and order a different size. This fits very well.
What I didn't like was that I have to pay three times for freight (orgnal, sending back and the new one.

Than I order a vest a bow tie and a shirt.
The vest is a one size fits all, however it does not fit, so I would not recommend others to buy it.
The shirts fits well.
The bow tie is from cheap production.
the elastic band of bith vest and bow tie get chapped after 5 times wearing

The availability of the chosen goods is not correctly reported on the web site.
I had purchased two trousers but only four days after the purchasing, with the money already taken from my credit card, I was informed that the chosen colors were not available.
The only choice I had was to take other two colors or be refunded.
This is something that should not happen whe the money of the customer has already been taken.
First the on-line shop verifies the availability of the chosen goods (size, color, etc.) then the purchase order is confirmed to the customer and the money taken from the credit card.
If the goods are not avaialble the customer must be informed and given the choice to cancel the order with no money taken from the credit card yet.
