Henley Fan Company 

Ordered 11:30pm Thursday night and it arrived Monday afternoon.
Fan itself works amazingly, if anything… I am a bit cold now.
Wife has gone from underwear and no duvet to pyjamas and duvet.

Henley Fan Co were very helpful in providing advice as to which model would best suit our requirements and when ordered it arrived promptly with good communications answering a couple of last minute queries.
We have yet to fit the fan as the construction of the building is taking a bit longer than expected; however, having opened the packaging we are excited about seeing it in position.

We ordered 2 Mr Ken ceiling fans (because we'd already had one from HF in the conservatory and liked it) to help cope with the heatwave. I had checked the labelling on the outside of the boxes but when the electrician opened them he found that the fans inside the boxes were not exactly what was ordered. A panic phone call to Niki followed and she could not have been more helpful. The exact fan we wanted wasn't in stock but immediately extra parts and similar fans were dispatched and with some juggling about of parts we soon had the two fans up and running exactly as we needed. Then I carefully re-packed the unused fans and parts and Niki arranged for their collection and all is well and they are keeping us cool. Thank you Henley Fan!
