Needed a spare part for my 8 year old fan, customer services were brilliant, very helpful.
Great company to deal with

This is such a great company to deal with. The knowledge, support and help from Niki is second to none. I ordered a while ago but have only just managed to have them installed. The fans look amazing and are whisper quiet. Just need some hot weather now! (Probably jinxed the summer now)!

After leaving a phone message I was called straight back. Advice was readily given. Delivery was prompt and trouble free. The product is of a good quality. All in all the Henley Fan Company was efficient and helpful.

Years ago, I had ordered 4 ceiling fans from Henley Fan Co and was very satisfied with both the product and the service, so with our new home renovation project we decided to buy some more from them as well and another vendor that will remain nameless. The fans from both vendors were Hunter fans (excellent product) but we had an issue with the remotes for the fans NOT purchased through Henley Fan Co but they helped us sort it out and were very quick in doing so. It's nice to see a company that still believes that customer service is as important as selling its products. A rare commodity these days.

Good selection of products on website. Clear information allowed us to select our fan. Good communications after order. Easy product to install, works well, very quiet and looks good.

Nikki from the Henley Fan Company could not have been more helpful. They delivered promptly. Very impressive service and we know from previous experience that their fans are excellent. We still have to fit the two fans we have bought this time.

Possibly the friendliest customer service (with a wonderful ‘edge’) I’ve ever encountered. Coupled with free next day delivery and an excellent product, I can highly recommend this company. Niki was a delight and happy to help. The ceiling fan itself has made this hot spell more than tolerable at a reasonable cost and an aesthetically pleasing result.

Have just purchased a second fan after moving house. The service and product are as good as ever with fast delivery, the fan arriving in excellent condition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henley Fans to anyone.

Tremendous customer service, next day delivery, well packed easy to set up. Takes a bit of trial and error positioning the compact unit at which part of the bed. Air is certainly cool, I target the middle of my body where I’m most hot, & no longer wake up sweating, even in current heat. Unit needs to sit flush to the mattress, some bed design may be problematic. I’d like to try a cooling mattress cover , but they’re too expensive & need a bit of maintenance. I see this as the best reasonably priced solution & I can send it back , but won’t. I suspect you may need 1 per person in the bed
