Ordered a polo shirt, dreadful quality, almost see-through.. not worth the £35.00 paid. They will (eventually) accept returns, but will offer piecemeal solutions and discounts in order to avoid. They claim they care about the environment but ship orders from China .. yes they are based there - not the Netherlands.
You will end up paying loads to return!!
Scammers. I ordered from them on the 3rd August. No confirmation received, no tracking details, no customer service response, and the phone number on their website goes to voicemail.
I received a generic customer service email which was clearly AI generated or sent from someone who couldn't understand my email. Avoid!!!
Absolute nightmare- ordered a pair of 'Linen' trousers. Took 3 weeks to arrive, they are a completely different colour and only 5% linen. Now the company is refusing to return, after 3 emails, and saying the only way they can refund is if I ship them back to China and cover all postage costs. And this after claiming "Hassle Free Returns" on the website!
This company are scammers. Avoid . I purchased a shirt and they are saying they have no details of my order yet the m9ney has gone from my bank account.
I have purchased a polo from Henry miller on the 29 of july so far nothing has been delivered they didn't answer back the emails I have sent to them and also the address shows they are in Holland but the truth is they are based in China
