Recently sold my flat with Henry Phillips, Jon was great, his honest approach set him apart from the other agencies.

George carried out the viewings, he was very polite and professional and always called to pass on any feedback.

David Stevens deserves a special mention, he kept me updated regularly through the process and was always on call to answer any questions that I had.

The whole team made the process super slick and would highly recommend them if you are looking to move.

We have recently bought through Jon Henry Phillips and although they were not technically ‘working on our behalf’, the service we received was phenomenal. Some complications along the route were dealt with efficiently and within a timely manner. Communication was second to none, Jon even contacted me on Sundays and his days off to ensure things were going ok. Above and beyond. Highly recommend

The service we received from Jonathan at Henry Philips for the sale of one of our residential properties is among the very best we've ever had - a league above most other agencies. He also managed to set a record for the quickest sale having found us a buyer within hours of the board going up. After experiencing two shocking estate agents we went with Henry Philips who were helpful and professional from the start. With 12 weeks with the other agents and not one viewing, Jon arranged two viewings within six days and sold on the second viewing. Jon gave good advice and appeared to know his clients requirements and wishes when arranging viewings. He kept us updated constantly and made us aware of any issues.

We are so glad that we chose Henry Philips Residential, to sell our house. Jonathan was amazing, he sold our house within three days of the house being advertised, a testament to the quality of the advert as well as Jonathan’s considerable sales skills!

Henry Philips have been amazing, we had an awful experience with another local experience and were reccomended to Jon at Henry Philips by a friend, they did not disappoint we achieved what we hoped for and the after care has been second to none. If you’re thinking of selling I can not rate Henry Philips enough

Jon has been a star, having brought our first home via Henry Philips we were nervous but was kept up to date every step of the way, would highly reccomend.

As first time buyers we went through a terrible experience. Our situation could of been handled better. We were strung along by the agents and the buyer to purchase the flat. We have ultimately, wasted a portion of our savings towards a flat that we now no longer be purchasing. I would strongly reconsider against using these agents as they neglected to tell us on the day the seller had decided to retract selling his property. If it was not for me doing a lot of chasing, I do not know when I would of found out this vital piece of information. When I did request a follow up from them, I was ignored and spoken to the following evening. In total it took the agents a week to inform me about the seller pulling out.

Thank you John for such a professional support from day 1 when you showed us the house, couldn't ask for more, so efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this guys!
