It was the 3 time we put our property on the market, Jon said he would sell it in 2 weeks. Sure enough he did just that. Very professional from start to Finnish. Would highly recommend.

I couldn’t recommend Jon and the team highly enough. This was the first time we have sold a property and after speaking with Jon initially I knew he was the agent for us, I felt Jon really wanted to sell our house and not just be another house on the books. I mainly dealt with Jonathan who is the the CEO/MD, it's also evident his communication, knowledge, patience and skill resonates throughout the whole team as also had excellent dealings with Paul. After having sold our house and having had 2 new home purchase deals falling through, we saw this property which John was selling. We were desperate as we were about to exchange on our property with no house to move into. He was extremely helpful on the day of the viewing and although he had other bookings, he didn’t rush us through (a feeling we experienced many times during viewings). He also demonstrated excellent knowledge of the house and didn’t leave any questions unanswered. Furthermore, he took the time to understand our situation, give us an adequate advice (when our own agent didn’t even know the situation we were in as they were barely in touch after we signed the contract with them) and followed-up as promised. Once our offer was accepted, he was quick to address any questions we had and generally kept us up to date. In the instances when we called the office and he wasn’t there, his colleagues were always informed and could adequately continue the discussion and support as required. If you are looking for an agent to sell your house, look no further!

Would absolutely recommend John and his agency. He wasn't our agent but agent to someone further up the chain. He literally stepped in and saved the day, proactive rather than reactive, unlike my own agent (purple bricks). You'll be in good hands with John.
