If only everyone was as prompt
If only everyone was as prompt, professional and polite as Callum and the team at Henson. We inherited a non-functioning Banham alarm at our property. Callum was able to explain to us within minutes over the phone what the problem with it was and what was required. We sorted some of the problems out over the phone within minutes. He then attended the next day to get the system properly up and running. All of his explanations about how the alarm works and the different pricing options were as clear as crystal. And such Competitive pricing to. We are very satisfied customers and recommend this service.

The friendliest guy came out to fit the alarm. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. The phone app is a lifesaver: I'm always forgetting to set the alarm but this lets me do it on the go.

These guys have been great from the outset. Arranged a site visit within days and really listened to the business needs. Tech was installed and the team were all shown how to work it. Best of all, I can still monitor the activity on my phone. Would recommend hands down.
