Absolutely fabulous service! I've ordered twice in the past month and both items were delivered within 4 days to UK. Prices are more than half price than UK retailers. I would highly recommend Heppo. Thank you for such a speedy, efficient service.

Ordered Reiker shoes amazing price and quality, ordered 2 more pairs. The price is fantastic and the dispatch is great. 4 days from Sweden to Yorkshire , tracked all the way.
Takes longer to send a first class letter across the city.
I am so delighted with the shoes and would and have done to recommend.
I love the choice of shoes and boots.

Excellent. Ordered crocs Sunday night for delivery to UK. Received today 4 days later. Kept informed from UPS regarding delivery the whole time.

Paid €5 for shipping and after over two weeks wait, they have now dropped it into a parcel facility and requesting me to collect it. Jokers, avoid them!

I was apprehensive to order from Heppo .Com when i read some reviews,really delighted that i did.I placed my order on Sat May 27th and received my order today May 30th. Excellent Customer Care,replied to my queries immediately and incredibly fast delivery i paid for express DHL I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL DEFINETLY BE ORDERING AGAIN.I live in Ireland.

I placed an order on May 18th and May 22nd for Crocs for my children. I received no email confirmation. I then noticed that my PayPal account was debited 3 times instead of twice. I contacted customer services with screenshots attached to the email which included transaction ID and they replied saying they couldn't find my order so contact PayPal! I havent recieved my purchases and Im unable to track with UPC as I have no confirmation email. Terrible customer service, I wont be using the site again.

I've ordered 3 pairs of Converse with this company now. Great service, perfect product. I ordered the wrong size by mistake once. Return was very easy and refund issued no problem.
Will definitely use them again.

Having placed my order on March 28th, I received my delivery about a week later. But, and this is important for UK buyers, this is coming from OUTSIDE the UK. Two of my three ordered items didn't fit and so I had to return them. This is where the fun starts. This process isn't at all clear but it turns out that you have to attach three bits of export paperwork to the outside of your package, which I did. However, UPS has not delivered back to Heppo and no one has any idea where the parcel is.

Now, TWO MONTHS LATER, and despite numerous communication attempts, Heppo show no inclination to actually refund my money and UPS cannot be contacted directly, so effectively, my order is lost and they won't take responsibility.

Companies like this need to be held to account. If you are in the UK especially, I would avoid them like the plague.

Was worried about ordering from Sweden but I couldn't be happier. Got two pairs of converse for my girls that cudnt be got in Ireland and for a great price. Also treated myself to a pair of birkenstock sandals which were half the price I'd pay in Ireland. Got notified today that was package was ready collection from the ups depot and my husband was going to collect it on his way home from work . However when I got in just now from work it was delivered to my door . Highly recommend this company and I will be buying more from heppo.

Ordered shoes to my home address. I then got an email to say that the shoes were sent to a UPS collection point. The collection address I was given does not exist. I called UPS who told me that the shoes were sent to a collection point which is 135km from my home. I cannot travel that far, plus, it would be very expensive. I am annoyed now as I have not received my shoes and am out of pocket.

I certainly won't buy anything from this company again.

Your reply is totally inadequate and doesn’t address the issue at all. The parcel should have been sent to my home.

came across this site looking for crocs.. was a little unsure as never heard of them however took the chance due to the fantastic price! Glad i did ordered and arrived within a week with updated emails. Great service, great price would definitely use again.

After seeing negative reviews I was a little worried but no need to be ordered items at such a good price! X2 crocs mens and women both come absoloutely perfect no issue whatsoever! I will use again 🤗

I was a bit sceptical about ordering from Heppo as I hadn’t heard of them and some reviews on Trustpilot weren’t the best. I took a chance and am delighted I did. Cheapest price on line for the boots I wanted. They were dispatched promptly and delivered today by UPS in perfect condition. Brilliant service and quality product.

I ordered a pair of Rieker Sandals on 20th April. On 28th I received a notice that they were out for delivery. I checked back later that morning and the status was updated to delivered at 10.07am. I ran around the garden to see if a package was dropped off but nothing. I eventually rang them at 1.50pm to explain I didn't receive them. I spoke to Laura who was extremely friendly and apologetic and offered a refund immediately and a discount code should I need to repurchase. Within 5 mins of calling I received my shoes. So the problem here was UPS updating their system before delivery was complete and sending me into panic mode. I have to say the shoes are extremily comfortable and I would have no hesitation In ordering again.

I ordered 3 pairs of children’s crocs for triplets . They were such a good price and I was a bit worried reading the reviews . However I am so pleased with my purchase! When one of the crocs was out of stock I was contacted by a very helpful person at customer service called Farah and I was able to order something else without paying an extra delivery charge . The shoes took about a week to come as they are coming from Denmark and delivery is a bit more than usual at £5.99. However it is worth it and I would highly recommend this site !

I was a bit worried because of the negative reviews.
However, I could not resist a bargain. I rang them with a couple of queries - they answered - so all good. I ordered some Ecco sandals on 12th April and they arrived to my door on the 19th. They are replacements for my well worn Ecco sandals and I can see they are genuine. If I ordered from Ecco store they retail at £100 these cost £44 plus £5.99 delivery. All I can say is my experience was good and I'm happy with the price.

Ordered these Crocs . Delivered today. Very happy came within 2 weeks. I will definitely order again. Fantastic price too.

I ordered a shoes, It took the money off my card and after got “We cant complete your order” as I said after it took my money :)) after I called the service and they said to me, they cant find my order, Its not exist, fun so where’s my money gone?
