totally happy with my purchase.
customer service was available quickly via email as I entered a wrong email address while ordering the item but they fixed it right away.
I received the shoe box in good shape by UPS.
no website offered such a competitive price for a pair Buffalo shoes which were exactly as described in photos.

Got some shoes I'd had my eye on for around 1/2 price so very happy with that. Basic delivery is £6, not cheap. Took 5 working days to arrive. Happy with the shoes and price, would use again.

thought something was fishy when i realised i hadn’t got an update about my shoes or anything and the fact that the tracking number they sent me was incorrect so, i went to login to my account but it says my account doesn’t exist !!! what a surprise. this is absolutely disgusting i demand a refund right now. nobody should shop at this store !

Just like other reviewers before me, I was expecting delivery to my home address (in Dublin) but the item was delivered to a pick up point. Basically you have failed to deliver the goods. Don't bother apologising. You know there is a problem but don't give a toss.

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered shoes for my sisters birthday and chose home delivery. I got an email 2 weeks later saying my order was ready to collect from a UPS access point 40 miles away from my house. I contacted heppo and they said that I chose that delivery option (I didn't) and that home delivery wasnt available!!I contacted UPS and they told me that hippo had chosen the access point as my address and had received 5 calls from other customers saying the same thing. They said that they would send it to a closer access point but still haven't done that and are not responding to my emails now. It's a disgrace, I would never buy from them again

I ordered trainers to be delivered to my home in Dublin. Never arrived and when I checked they were in some pick up joint in the city, I live on the outskirts. I queried it with Heppo and is was a case of tough you can collect or wait until they come back to us for a refund. I’m getting nowhere with either Heppo or UPS. Worst after sales customer service I’ve ever had and I shop online all the time.

I really don't get why there are so many bad reviews...I got a pair of Buffalo shoes for half their retail price and that's including shipping. It arrived fast. I had a problem with my delivery address and customer service responded same day to my query. Having read these reviews I assumed UPS would deliver to a collection point near me instead of my house but nope, straight to my door and the driver was nice. I think a lot of these reviews are about UPS and not Heppo and I think even that depends on the delivery driver for your area. I see a lot of people salty about their refund policy here too but it is clearly posted on their site, it is also not a UK company so their policy might be different to what you expect but that doesn't mean it's unlawful. Maybe just pay close attention to the delivery info and form but otherwise good shoes for good prices with good service.

I'd read a lot of negative reviews about Heppo, most saying they didn't deliver. I placed my order for some lovely floral wooden clogs. They arrived super quick by UPS delivery to my work address which I'd specified, great quality clogs to.

UPDATE: Heppo have now resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Looking at the other rabies, Don’t select the UPS delivery option if you ever want to see your purchase.
BEWARE Ordered some shoes online. After 5 days no update on the carrier tracking site, so emailed Heppo for an explanation. Almost immediately received a refund MINUS shipping cost, no explanation. Emailed again asking why shipping cost not refunded, even though not shipped, No response.

I bought a pair of boots from you on February 25th . Having read these reviews I now see that they won’t be delivered to my house . And though I initially got an email saying I would get them on march 2nd I have not got the item or an email telling me how my order is progressing other than looking like they are now in Germany somewhere. At the moment not impressed

I bought Ecco Terracruise trainers from you which came today. Ivehadthese very same shoes previously from Ecco website and they are excellent. The shoes from Heppo were inferior and looked fake so I took them to Ecco shop today and they say they are fake.
I need to send back but do not know how too.I’ve lost trust in you and worried I won’t get my money back.

I've tried to purchase on ths website and when I chose option pay by PayPal in same time someone was trying log in to my PayPal account. Then I did again and then it happened the same someone tried to log into my PayPal account.
Also, is very strange because most of shoes they sale size 4 and is very suspicious because size 4 is popular.
I'm not gonna buy nothing from this fake website.

Absolutely inept company, charge you for delivery then deliver it to a collection point and expect you to collect it, awful customer service, awful service, don't waste your time, this is a week after ordering too, joke company!
In response to your reply, very odd as I specifically rang up before hand, and your customer service assured me it would come to my house. So now youre lying as well as being completely incompetent as a service. I would never pay to have to go and get something, just stupid. Lying, inept company who don't know what they're doing at any level of the business!!! And I've already called customer service again who offered no help, so why would I ring you again. Just refund my money, delivery included (as I've received no product!) and we can part ways and never have to deal with each other again. Horrible company!

Don't trust them, the returns requirements are very confusing & they don't list ALL the info you need on their website. When I contacted customer service they didn't bother reading my email properly, so gave me an answer that didn't even fit my question!! It was no help & I had to ask the same thing AGAIN, but by the time they had come back to me 3 days later - I already found out what I needed from the UPS shop. In the meantime though, I had wasted my time going back & forth to the UPS shop, packing & unpacking, then repacking the damn shoes I wanted to return because the paperwork was placed inside the package & is supposed to be outside. THIS INFO WOULD BE HELPFUL ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!! Anyway, I've also lost £5 in the delivery fee when returning the shoes but in the UK it's the law to allow FREE returns within 14 days (ie refunding delivery fee) - this company does not comply with that law. The 5 star reviews are only from people who kept their shoes, but if you need to return them - when you need a company to show their reliability the most - that's when you see all the 1 & 2 star reviews where this company FAILED.
