Clothes are good quality but the fit is off. Either too small or way too big. Returns a bit of a nightmare but Zoe in customer services is really good. Unfortunately had to return all the items I ordered.

Poor sizing Let it down
I ordered some wide leg jeans in 2 colours.
The black ones fit perfectly like they have been made for me, very comfy and flattering. But the blue ones are a little tight and not has flattering. But I know the size up will be too big.
Don’t understand why when they are the same Jean!? Annoying

Great first time purchase and quality goods
Ordered a T-shirt recently to try out Hera’s process. Can honestly say there wasn’t a single issue at all, I was able to track my order which came early and the T-shirt itself, most importantly, was packaged well and is of high quality. The T-shirt is fully embroidered too rather than a sticker just hot pressed onto it, which I didn’t realise until it arrived. This ups the quality and premium feel even more. I’d recommend Hera to anybody 100% from my experience… if you see something you like, grab it and give them a go as it seems you can’t go wrong. Thanks Hera for a good experience!

Absolutely love these grey straight leg joggers from Hera. The fit is really flattering and true to size, with a comfortable waistband that doesn’t dig in. The fabric feels soft but still structured enough to look put-together rather than slouchy. They’re perfect for everyday wear – I’ve worn them lounging at home, doing jobs, and even styled them up with trainers and a jacket. The straight leg cut gives them a more elevated look compared to typical joggers. Great quality and definitely worth the purchase.
I also have every pair of wide leg jeans and they are now the only jeans I own!
