Really disappointed
Really disappointed. The quality of the jeans I ordered was amazing. I ordered one in my normal size with measurements that appeared to match what I am used to, and one in a size up in case as I have been burned before. My size up option wouldn’t do up and my normal size would not go past my hips. For all the inclusivity in their marketing, it didn’t do it for me. Maybe it was just the style of jeans (mom jeans)? I was so excited, and this just really left me feeling crap.

My New Favourite Brand
The quality of Hera products is absolutely excellent, they look great and they’re super comfortable. I particularly love the joggers and leggings because they’re perfect for taller people, the length is just perfect! Normally I struggle to find clothing that’s long enough but I can always rely on Hera. I’m onto my 6th or 7th order now, the dispatch time is always good (plus bonus points for using a reliable delivery service!) can’t wait to order more stuff 😁

My track suit suits perfectly, I initially I ordered one size up 12-14 but exchanged to 10-12. I have had so many compliments. Washed it no twice, no bubbles. I'm definitely ordering another pair.

Fab products.
Lovely items and pleased that somewhere does jeans to fit my son as he’s 6ft 4in. They do come up a little big on the waist but nothing a belt can’t sort.

Had to quote Consumer Contracts Regulations to get my delivery costs refunded - You should do it too
I eventually got my original delivery cost refunded, but I had to fight for it. The company initially refused, citing their internal policy. I had to explicitly cite the Consumer Contracts Regulations and send them a direct link to the legislation before they backed down.
Even then, they claimed they were refunding it 'on this occasion' as if it were a favour rather than a legal requirement. If they try to withhold your delivery fees, do not accept it. Quote the regulations to them, and they should correct it. Companies like this take advantage of customers who don't know their rights, and it needs to stop!
