Tonight I emailed Herb Affair about my capsule order. Kristine responded within an hour (I wasn't expecting any response for 24hrs) and informed me that they only stock bags of 1000 in the capsules. Kristine was very pleasant and offered a discount to correct the problem. I have been very pleased with all my dealings with Herb Affair and I definitely will continue to use them. I had just made a purchase and the next day an email arrived announcing a discount. I replied to that email saying that I had just ordered and would love that discount spotted you my purchase. (You know, tongue in cheek…) Within 39 minutes my email was replied to by a person saying that the discount was applied❣️ Now that is incredible❣️

I'm not new to making supplement capsules but Herb Affair's Facebook advertising caught my attention and I decided my experience could be a lot better. And it turned out to be really easy, especially after their YouTube video.
Being disabled with only use of my right hand and my left hand as just a counter balance, I came to discover I could easily make capsules with basically one hand. I was successful with my first batch of 100 turmeric and piperine capsules and I barely made a mess. My second batch, however, I had orange powder all over the counter. I'm not discouraged - I just need more practice and I will persevere.
The equipment produced for capsule making was really well thought and simplified to just what is needed and nothing more. Keeping in mind I'm limited to one hand, I had to use an adult-sized screwdriver to assemble the tamper handle.
I did need to contact the help desk a couple times and Kristine got back to me rather quicky. My needs/questions were met and answered the first time and she is very easy and pleasant to communicate with. I generally go out of my way to avoid help desks but I honestly say that I can't ask for better. Thank you!

I LOVE that this does 100 capsules at at a time but dear lord have mercy there are A LOT of parts. I have a small 25 capsule maker that is 1000 times easier than this mess maker. My hope is that I get better at using this. For those of you that don't have a problem CONGRATULATIONS I'm a lil jealous.

Didn't honor a 50% coupon so they removed the whole item from the order even though it appears in the order confirmation.

2 units for $64 is what I paid for.

Instead I will receive 1 unit for 45 which makes no sense at all..

Good prices and GREAT customer service! I had a problem with a coupon code and it was taken care of in less than 2 hours of me contacting them. Can't ask for any better service than that!
