Not user friendly even kinda shady on customer service, editing cart, or canceling orders
Did not apply the auto discount for giving sms info, messaged about it and the other order suggested to me to cancel order. There is no option given to cancel the order, messaged right after placing when saw went through without the 15% off discount supposed to be applied. No phone # to be found for them, send messages buy no response as I read on other reviews on here, as I am searching for an actual ph# to call. They try to make it hard to edit your cart or cancel. Kinda shady. They do the same with a $2 fee supposedly tied to shipping, yet it is not shown in ur cart as a charge with option to take it off. You have to catch it when you start the order where they auto apply it on there. If you don't catch it, it gives you no option to edit it off the order.
They should not offer a discount if give info then not apply it on the order. Whole thing is kind shifty, not like most online companies thar make it easy to edit your cart, cancel an order, and clear ph# to call for customer service

I’ve reached out to them a couple of times with general questions about the products I’ve ordered. Their response time and knowledge was very helpful and informative. Order arrived fast, but the caps for my 00 capsules were missing. They sent me a new replacement fast and without delay. Also the capsulating machine is hardy and works great. Great quality service and products.

I bought 3 of Capsul-it units and 6 bags of capsules. Come to find out the Capsule-it did not match the capsule’s I ordered, my mistake. The company response was for me to watch a video, no returns over 60 today’s, and ended the email to me with the word Cheers. Knowing I was I was very frustrated, Cheers was that appropriate? My issue is the site is not real clear on matching unit to capsule when you order. Herb Affair didn’t offer any discount for me to order new capsules, just their last word of Cheers. Even thou at time of my complaint I noted they offered a 10% discount on the internet. No mention of this discount on the e-mail sent to me . Good luck in trying to get hold of anybody. I called and left messages with no one calling back. Finally an email after many attempts. This company all it cares about is the dollar. Beware is my warning to you, maybe you will have better experience then I. My recommendation for this company is to make it more clear when ordering, the names Capsul-it and the Capsule in sizing of, 0,00,000 is not very distinguishable, how about something more universal like, sm, med, large, even the name unit would be better then Capsule- it. I also highly recommend your person responding to the customer’s issues learn some manners. Herb affair finally got in touch with me. Offered to take the unopened pkg back and 20% off 2 new Capsule- it units. That’s still 60$ plus more I have to give this company all because their sizing and matching filler is confusing on their site. I asked if they could do better then 20%. As I spent so much money already. Have not heard a word from them…assuming answer is no. I asked Herb Affair what happen to quality control when Capsule-it is not matching the Capsule, why send if wrong. Basically the excuse was company got to big they out source it now. Very disappointed
Please read this honest and fair review before ordering from this company. I placed a $146 order a week ago and my card charged at that time. I was shocked my order is still sitting in the unfulfilled category due to the 24 hour shipping policy. I finally reached out after a week of no updates or tracking number. I will say they replied quickly to my concern, however the reply was very disappointing. Copy and pasted reply below:
"Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry that your order hasn't shipped yet. We are in the process of moving to a new warehouse which is why the order hasn't shipped. These will ship once we finish setting up our new facility, probably next week."
Probably next week? No thank you, I have already waited a week and had to reach out to you, I really was expecting them to tell me a glitch happened and they will get it out today, but instead they said it depends on when they get done setting up their new facility and maybe they will get to it next week? I have asked for a refund and they said it was issued and will reflect on my account in a few days, so we will see. I would think they would post shipping delays due to moving on website and allow customers to make an informed decisions if they want to pay for something and wait for weeks. I went back to website to see if maybe I missed it, but nope the 24 hour shipping policy still in place. I did give two stars for the quick response to my emails, however owning a wellness business myself, this is not a company I want to do business with. Very disappointed. In all fairness I would like to say the lady in customer service did respond quickly to my emails, its just not what you want to hear.
