People told me this was good but part of me believed it might be another snake oil product - I was wrong!! I also can get it for the entire month way cheaper than from my local pharmacy.

The only way to see how good it is is to test it yourself. Many people recommended their products to me but I didn't listen them until last month when my magnesium finally arrived. It is above anything else I have tried and I have tried a lot of them.

If you are looking for natural supplements then this is your place. Try to avoid big sites like Amazon and iHerb because the quality is secondary and questionable at best. I have been through that road myself.
