almost a first time customer but was told i needed to provide identification for an 88 dollar order. never in my online shopping experience have i been asked for a copy of my drivers license or utility bill.. order was automatically cancelled when i refused to provide this

I've been ordering supplements and other products from this company for over a decade and they are excellent. Customer service is top tier and they are always happy to help by phone if you have any issues.
Recently I ordered some things to be delivered to a family member with a different address.
